Why do either when we can act! Sabrina starring in a reenactment(possibly) of 'Sabrina - Feral Heiress who escaped from Pirates and Giants and Giant Pirates.'

"Sabrina your being a middle schooler."

"But I am a middle schooler."

Actually no I don't really endorse doing this, I just thought it funny.

"Yeah we're all orphans."

Junko: "But you have such good style! Nobody had a mentor?"

"Well, Mami is pretty much self taught, and..."

*hairflip in background*

"Homura is... That can't be natural. Or artificial. I don't even."

Not without Madoka's approval.
Sure. So get it.
And... it's something that needs to be done, but does it have to be today?
No, but unlike the bombs this isn't really telling anyone anything that will affect them directly (with Madoka only potentially a magical girl there's nothing pressing there), so I don't see a compelling reason to not either. Remember the Hitomi reveal? There's no reason for this to be worse than that.

It should be Madoka's call, but so far nobody else seems to want to even begin discussing the possibility with her. Are we just going to ask her to make a decision on the spot if it ever actually does become time critical?
You call Sabrina, of course.
Oh man, that would be great. They call some authorities, then Homura stops time and takes us to wherever they're calling so we can answer.

Should we vote for topics to talk over supper...?

[ ] How's that promotion treating Junko, btw?

Well, there's the obvious one where we poke Homura about taking seconds. Implying to the Kanames that she needs to eat more food, hopefully engaging their parenting instincts.

... The other issue with the sleepover plan is that it would be slightly interesting to sleep in the normal fashion with Mami in such a setting.

Or to cook breakfast together.

Etcetera.

Um... I think I'm going to have to oppose that. It sounds great, but I think leeeeeet's just not.

Like, there's mushy couple, and then there's married, and then there's "We sleep in each others arms at night. Every night."

Madoka (looking in at relationship from outside POV): "... That's PLATONIC?"
Yeah, that's fair. There're ways to explain it away - for example, I think that SOP for an impromptu teenage-girl sleepover is for everybody to grab sheets and blankets and cushions and sleep on the floor in the living room, which puts us close enough to Mami that "I had a bad dream" is a reasonable excuse - but they're a bit hinky. So even if we can get Madoka to invite us, we're probably better off declining.

That said, I definitely want to get Homura in on the sleepover goodness. I think that if Madoka offers, we can probably convince Homura to take it even if we don't. Probably just by staring at her until she gives in. Definitely more effective than sleeping in a tree outside, yeah? So the trick is how do we get Madoka to offer. We can't really invite ourselves, we already did that once tonight and that's kind of the limit. I bet we could get Madoka to come up with the idea herself? Or we could go the "ha ha only serious" route and start with a joke about Homura sleeping in trees and hope Madoka picks up on it or at least the idea sticks. Or, if we're really lucky, we could try to get the Madoparents sufficiently in parenting instincts mode to not let Homura go home on her own or something? That's kinda unlikely. Joke route is probably better.

JUNKO: "Wow, you guys don't need to call your parents? Won't they worry where you are?"

"My parents left me outside a church. I'm basically an orphan."

"I'm an orphan too. My parents died in a car crash about a year ago."

"Homura is my father and Madoka is my Mother. So they know."

"...uh..."
Wrong. Wrong, Karne.

Doka is our mom and Homu is our mom also.

Why, do you think a girl can't have two moms?

[x] Mirror Mami's expression. What does she want to do?
-[x] Poke her and glare playfully at her if she responds by asking what you want to do.
--[x] That said, if she isn't too tired, you think you'd like to take up Madoka's family on their offer.

[x] Continue to be obviously affectionate with Mami. The two of you have some great friends, don't you.

[x] During dinner, find a good way to jokingly push Homura to eat more. Explain that you and Mami have been trying to make up for lost time with her.

Rationale behind vote changes: I want it to be a bit more explicit that we're staying for dinner, and engaging the Kaname parental units' nurturing instincts will be good for Homura.

If we're lucky, since it's late, they'll let us do an impromptu sleepover - or, rather, let Homura in particular sleep over.

--[x] Making dinner with her versus having dinner here with everyone... You love both prospects. Perhaps here today, at home tomorrow?

[x] During dinner, find a good way to indirectly convey to everyone that you're trying to encourage Homura to eat more. Preferrably by jokingly encouraging her to eat more.

*shrugs* long as we don't do something insane I'm good with it. Wouldn't want to see cream stew get put in front of her, have her wolf it down, and then do this, but otherwise.

That's a reasonable modification. I think that we could fit something in in most scenarios with some tweaking, though, "good to see you're finally eating more like we told you to" or something.

Thinking of conversational topics, if it comes up, our hobbies could be discussed with hardly any censorship at all. We and Mami like making things, just this morning we built an automatic ribbon launcher. Just leave out that the ribbons are potentially lethal. Same with the airsoft battle. We could even get away with the laser as long as we don't mention "military-grade".
Unless you want to call them Madoka-mama and Homura-mama. :V :V
Dokaasan and Hokaasan.
