In that case, we should probably specify what we're talking about with Homura and Mami. Try again to be friendly to Homura, this time with more details? Though I don't know what we'd actually talk to her about, we already tried "ask her how her day went" and Firn went "lol nope".

[ ] Ask Homu if she's got any embarrasing photos of O&K.

After we get off the phone, while we walk to either Madoka's house or Mami's apartment.

Though, now that I think about it, we should probably have a plan for if Madoka says we should come back tomorrow. For example, if we want Homura doing something other than sitting in a tree, we'll want a rationale for a short timestop for us to hang out - someone suggested enchanting practice, I think?

Take the joke vote about calling takeout for the tree outside the Mikuni residence and make it a reality. Ask them to tell her that Sabrina sent it. I don't know how we'll pay for it... Does Mami have a card?

It's really actually quite a gesture.

Leave a note with the money somewhere that'll be easily visible for the delivery guy but out of sight for Homu.
 
Could use some Grief to leave money with Oriko. She almost certainly knows that Homura's sitting out there guarding them, so it won't be breaking Homura's cover or anything.

Delivery Guy gives Oriko pizza.

Oriko leaves the pizza out on the porch for Homura.

Homura spends the rest of the night suspiciously squinting at the pizza.

Is it poisoned? Is it a bomb? Maybe it's a distraction so they can sneak out while she's busy eating???

Poor Homu.

Hmm. So we'd have to include instructions telling Homura to telepathy us so we can confirm that we ordered the pizza for her and it's safe.

I actually kind of do want to include Oriko in this scheme, though, if only to baffle her utterly and amuse her and Kirika.

Oooooh. Address half of the pizza to Oriko and half of the pizza to Homura. :V

Tell the delivery person to be a bro and play along.

I don't know what flavour of pizza they like, though.

EDIT: By the way, still saying we need to give Homu all the hugs if we don't go to Doka's and we can't convince her to leave her tree friend, but now we also need to apologize for failing to deliver after we got her hopes up. Go us.

That's called "making an informed decision." Denying someone information that could allow them to make an informed decision isn't a triumph for free will. It's manipulation.
 
I'm gonna get off the bandwagon since it's got a nice enough advantadge that this shouldn't affect things.

Can't we ask if she I don't know... whats to do homework... or just chat? It's a weekend and we were nearby (sorta... I mean relative to how fast Sabrina can travel...) hence the call at the late hour. I mean I think telling Madoka about the Oriko situation would not be bad - Sayaka already knows and thus may tell Madoka inside the next 48 hours anyway. Plus it has the benefit of the 'situation' being resolved (mostly) and we can deflect somewhat by bringing up we need to get a new table. Madoka seems to have nice furniture, maybe she has suggestions?

Homura: I prefer the Antoine Louis.
Madoka: Antonie... isn't that an art piece with a giant swinging blade?
Homura: *sips tea* yes.... it goes well with the dinner set.

Well, we will be once we manage to get some of that gold turned into gold chain to sell; we haven't done that either, which we should set up to do whenever we get around to enchanting practice. Until then we're basically mooching off of Mami for daily cash.

Anyway, so everyone's content with failing to talk to Madoka face-to-face tonight? Because the current vote isn't going to persuade her to meet us tonight, and that really does suck because we do have to get her to talk to Sayaka and Hitomi, and I really think we ought to have the Potentialbomb discussion tonight as well.

We've grabbed a lot of money along with that gold. Firn's said that it makes it easier to just not worry about small expenses, and that we can assume we can buy anything unless we want to go big.
