[] Tell Kirika you were planning on addressing the matter anyway. Ask her if perhaps Oriko might prefer to stay at the hideout they were going to use. Oriko has bad memories of the house, after all.

This would be a pretty major hassle for all parties involved. Moving furniture. Moving food. Getting access to utilities and what not. Also I'm fairly sure Homura wouldn't go for it. One because it takes O and K near the border of Mitakihara and closer to Kasamino. Easier to escape, from her point of view. Second because, the hideout was a storage area and thus well concealed in comparison to Oriko's home which has large windows for easy viewing. Homura can watch Oriko easier in her own home then at the hideout.

Seems like we made some real progress. Good work @Godwinson.

We could probably convince Homura to at least do some sort of date/grocery shopping thing, if we and Mami accompany them. The idea of moving them out of the house also has merit, but would probably be a much harder sell.

Good points, people. Both here and elsewhere. With those in mind...

[X] Tell Kirika that we're going to try, but that it's probably not going to happen in the next couple of days, with how things with Sayaka went. Apologize to her for that. Offer to pick up "at-home date" materials for her to surprise Oriko with. Silver-lining for her visions being gone.
[X] Separately contact Sayaka and Hitomi via telepathy. Simple check in, because they're both friends.
[X] Ask Mami if she's okay. Try to address her concerns.

Timestop conversation with Homura can wait while we check to make sure Mami and Sayaka are okay. Short vote because it's trying to gather information before trying to act on other things.

Ya know, perception manipulation would be utterly terrifying. Is the person in front of us an ally, or about to kill us. Are we standing in a safe space? Are we being robbed blind?
I spent too long trying to work out how someone could figure out a way to resist it.

I am the hand of my ojou
Flesh is my body and magic is my blood
I have shitposted over a thousand times
Unknown to Foresight,
Nor known to Prudence.
Have withstood Homu to create my ojou's home.
Yet, this heart will never stop loving
So as I pray, Oriko Oriko Oriko.

Yes, Kirika, you are the reason for Oriko, just as Oriko is the reason for you. Maybe it's my not-so-hidden inner yuri fanboy talking, but that's fucking beautiful.

This is good.
There's-. Maybe O&K can finally be (properly and whatever semblance of normal a Meguca can have )happy.
Though, yeah...Homu gonna Homu ain't she..?:facepalm::sad::cry:

The whole, double date thing is good..

A-Go...!

We know they left separately.

Sure, but that's not what I'm getting at. My point is, by contacting Sayaka and not Hitomi we are implicitly telling Sayaka that either we were having her followed, or, worse, that out of Sayaka and Hitomi that we thought it more likely that Sayaka, the super powered magical girl, was the one we couldn't trust to make it home safely.

Edited, because we should check on Hitomi, too.

Y'know Homu is the person we've basically said "this is everything thaat's currently relevant" to. I dunno if telling her we're trying to be less secretive and controlling is the greatest idea... Simply because WRT her we've been a lot less so, and telling her that might therefore create a disproportionate reaction.

Still, it's outside my field and the results so far have been ideal.
