Well, we were trying to have Madoka more involved in things. And dealing with a potential is a good deal less dangerous then dealing with a magical girl. But I do see the concerns there.

That was being given as an upper limit. Notice how people kept saying at most? I'm pretty sure that the number was being given in case Homura didn't feel like playing taxi back, and other shit slowed us down. Notice how most of the time people were saying "a few minutes"?

If I evidently misread the actual vote and based it on the intent of the people voting for it, then there's even less point (read: none) in my arguing about it than there was before. Simple as that.

I mean, I still do think putting Mami's (minor) happiness over us being there in person rather than just in contact as more important than us talking to Sasa and making sure she's okay, but since that's just Onmur's opinion rather than the content of the general vote, it's not something to argue.

My actual opinion over what's right and wrong here hasn't actually changed.

If she doesn't have to do any traveling herself (which mostly means "if she has to be in the same places we do anyway", which I think is true here), and we're just going from Point A to Point B, then travel time should vary between negligible and nonexistent depending on whether sonic booms are a thing we have to worry about.

We have limited resources, limited awareness and limited heart space. Chosing to maintain the mental stability of a close friend over helping someone currently in a highly dangerous but low chance situation is a valid, human answer. However, I also think there is no need to make hard decisions without making sure there is a decision to make in the first place.
