And this one conversation is going to make her forget the week she's spent homeless, a week that has been so traumatic for her that she decided to Contact, in full knowledge over what that means for her soul, over it? It's not going to work, because people don't think that way: the human brain works by forming associations, not by assigning values to variables. You are not, therefore, going to see the Sayakamind thinking: "O+K = good, but O+K also = arsonists --> O+K must be bad people with good intentions." What's more likely is that, once Sayaka finds out she's been lied to and manipulated by Sabrina, Sabrina will be linked, however unconsciously, to the negative feelings associated with the arson. The most likely consequence is that Sabrina is going to be dragged down to Oriko and Kirika's level, rather than Oriko and Kirika being raised up.

Rather, what we need to do is link the arson to Sayaka's own need to be a Hero of Justice, because, after all, O+K did what they did because they trusted in O's power and followed what they thought was a bright, clear line to the Greater Good, and that blinded them to the reality of what they were doing. That's what will enable Sayaka to empathize with O+K and their misguided attempts to fix everything, not some stilted dialogue orchestrated under false pretenses.

Anyways, grats on your engagement, Ugo and Mura! It is good to see you two finally being open and honest about your feelings to us mortals. This day will be remembered!

Also, I'll probably sneak into the wedding party, different continents be damned, so prepare an extra coffee cup just in case. :V
 
Sabrina will be overjoyed, when she realizes that the will-they-won't-they situation between two of her oldest serving members of the brain damage brigade has finally been resolved in a satisfactory manner :V

Sabrina might have a strong urge to organise Sayaka's and Kyouko's wedding next update.
 
[Q] Go buy a cake and party supplies. Invite Homura, Madoka, Sayaka, Kyouko, Hitomi, and Yuma over to celebrate UgoMura's wedding. Refuse to clarify exactly who Ugolino and Muramasa are, but make sure everyone knows they're your OTP.

@Muramasa and I are getting engaged. We first decided to meet up in person last year after getting in contact in quest, and we really hit it off (obviously). One thing led to another, and now we're spending a week off together on a vacation. (This means we won't be posting much for a bit, just so you all know.)

I'd like to think that the thread played no small part in letting us realize just how much we had in common, and just how right we were for each other- so thanks to everyone for their help in making this happen. Without you, this wouldn't be a thing, so thanks for everything from Gonna's lovingly crafting posters right down to the smallest joking "OTP" at the end of quest commentary.
