This may fall under the "make meguca independant from griefseeds" thing, but another possibility is to stabilize/redeem/save witches, and then make this contagious/persistent somehow.
If becoming a witch is not negative anymore, weve arguably won at that front too.
Although that takes a bit of thinking how the "system" would then look like in the long term.
