I've never eaten eel, so...
*Channels MGS 3 Snake*
How does it taste?
Kinda like roasted chestnuts except meatier. Nutty and savoury, delicious stuff.

E: I've got a recipe kicking around here somewhere if you like. Only has four ingredients. Works almost as well on chicken, though you do lose the extremely tender texture. Maybe I should try it on a flaky white fish some time...

[x] Ask what you call someone with green hair.

This mystery must be solved. I like "verdette", but that doesn't matter if that's not what people actually say.
It's .... brilliant! They surely have an in-universe term. Though, presumably we'd be given the Japanese term rather than the English one. Unless we checked that too.

We'd likely get the english language equivalent since everybody in the story is speaking japanese at the moment, but we're still reading it in english.

Convincing Homura just means phrasing it in terms of it helping Madoka. Something like:

[ ] private telepathy to Homura: Keeping Hitomi in the dark doesn't achieve much apart from making Madoka and Sayaka less happy, as well as making it annoying to talk at lunch. They need their normal friends to keep them anchored, and this is getting in the way of that.
-[ ] We could take a minute out if there's a specific reason why telling Hitomi wouldn't work.

Implying we take a second to timestop if there's loops-wisdom that goes against it.

I'm betting some Japanese girl, at some point, wished for her fellow countrymen to have hair every color of the rainbow. Or something along those lines. I'm betting she was good at cosmetic magic, too.

Makes sense. Odd wish though.

Also, I've just laughed harder than I have for a while, so a string of funnies for thanks.

Strange girl making a wish is my personal headcanon for anime hair in PMMM, to be honest.

Personally I tend to think of it more as strange girls. A couple girls spread over all of human history asking for "I wish I had naturally X-color hair" and before you know it humans now retroactively have hair that comes in every color of the rainbow, and more.

I've been thinking Kyubey's inability to lie could be the result of a wish.
Maybe he could lie, but some girl didn't trust him and wished he couldn't lie or something. My problem is why would she "wish" if she didn't trust him in the first place. I dunno. If the Incubators were working throughout human history, it could have happened at some point.

Someone in late-show Madoka's place but with less potential could make such a wish in the hope that what happened to her friend wouldn't happen to anyone else.

NITPICK ALERT: Guys, Homura never ate her fucking soulgem, she smashed it in her teeth. That's...pretty damn different.

She was cracking it in her teeth. Like walnut. Because she's the Nutcracker witch. That was the symbolism. She was effectively abandoning her mortality/humanity in full.
