How much would we really need to hold back against Mami, though? Most of our stuff, including soul gem theft, can be countered by ribbons or ranged bombardment. We wouldn't use an indestructible grief cocoon, but given Mami's appreciation of showmanship I can't see her objecting to that.

I'm thinking the only things she couldn't counter (that we know how to do) would be the 100m grief blender, and remote gem shattering. Our grief isn't totally indestructible, so I can pretty easily see her breaking through it, and she can snatch her own gem with ribbons to keep us from taking it. Hell, on that note, given how good she is with those ribbons, couldn't she do a decent imitation of our gem snatch? We should look into that later.

We can make grief block all forms of observation, so I'm not so sure we can't do the same thing to make it indestructible.
She's good enough to turn them into muskets. Forget gem snatching, she could probably make her own mobile fortress of doom now that corruption isn't an issue.

She made tea set mobile artillery. A Ribbonmobile of some sort is viable. Not sure about flying, but since magic seems to run on bullshit rather than physics, sails fantasy-airship style should work.

When I think of 'Mami' and 'Vehicle' I think of either a fantasyland carriage or something involving using her ribbons a la Doc Ock to maneuver around.
Possibly a mixture of both, if we take liberties with Cinderella's carriage being made out of a pumpkin.

As an oracle, a jetpack would be most incongruous. We need some way to get her clothes to hover. Probably more Mami's purview than ours.
These are very good points. It would be a nightmare to plan a spar with Mami while trying to avoid triggering these issues. However, if the issues were triggered and yet shown to be baseless (e.g. Mami thinks she would annoy us but we aren't actually annoyed), then it could help Mami's progress. Maybe. At some point she will need to face these issues, but a spar probably isn't the best place for it at the moment. Maybe later after she's a bit more confident.

Mumi could definitely use Spider-Man style web/ribbon slinging to get around- I suspect the only reason she doesn't is because it's too visible, so QB told her not to.
Edit: Mumi is both experienced and creative enough that she's almost certainly thought about most of the ideas we're coming up with. If it was easy to use her power to fly, she'd already be doing it. Anything new that we suggest has to be either really far out of left field, sufficiently different from her usual aesthetic that she wouldn't consider it, or power intensive enough to be impractical without us.
