Works, but I would like to add something like:

[] Ask if there are any other magical girls in the area.

Kyouko is having trouble to get enough grief seeds for her and Yuma, which means that there aren't enough witches to hunt. So there should be either be other magical girls that compete for the wicthes or something strange is going on that leads to a witch shortage.

We might need to give a little more attention to WPN than just

She could just be having a hard time hunting for two. It could be she doesn't want to let Yuma fight. That said, we should still ask if there are others.

I feel like this (and maybe the Sendai news, but mostly this) might sour our time spent with Kyobro, and so soon after we helped her blow off her steam. I can see the point of not putting it off, but I also don't want to have this conversation right as Kyoko's warming up to us.
 
Well, that certainly went better than expected.

Whatever we do, pocky is gettin' accepted, but I think we should table the Walpurgisnacht talk 'til the next Kyoukotalk. We've made some good progress in today's Social Kyoukoing session, and I can't really see the news going over too well at the moment.

This post was made in the dark hours of the morn, so I apologize if I'm not terribly coherent in it.

Sendai news doesn't need much explanation, just tell her that that's over, likely for good.

Walpurgisnacht... Maybe another time? I'm sure a warning should be given, since Kasamino is right besides Mitakihara, but kind of want to make sure Kyouko doesn't take it the wrong way. She's giving us a bit of a peace offering, so let's just take it and not possibly ask her for help right now.

We could probably go nearly all out against our oujo. We'd probably have to just to keep up. That'd be fun.

Maybe ask Kyouko in private if everything's really going OK with her taking care of Yuma? We did accidentally ourselves an imouto, but we're not the one taking care of her. She might not like it, but let her know that we'd really appreciate a call if she's ever got troubles being a 'responsible adult'.

Yeah, no. Keep in mind the state Mami is in right now. Even if she agreed to such an idea (let alone if she didn't panic at the mere mention of it), it'd trigger all of her issues at once.

1) Deathly afraid of somehow hurting (or worse) Sabrina, even entirely by accident.
2) Deathly afraid of not performing up to expectations, disappointing Sabrina.
3) Deathly afraid of fighting with Sabrina in any way, out of sheer fear that Sabrina would distance herself from/leave her.
4) Deathly afraid of souring her relationship with Sabrina in any way, even by something as minor as being an annoyance in a spar.

On top of that, Mami has already seen a lot of what we can do, so she'll know just how much we'd be holding back. And with her issues, it'd make avoiding offending or hurting Mami in this situation make the one with Kyouko look like a cake walk.

Kyubey never stalked Nagisa in this timeline. As far as we know, he hasn't shown any interest in her, either. So saying something like this would not be a good idea, to say the least.

But yeah, looking forward to when Yuma and Nagisa meet each other. And Kyouko and Sayaka--though their case would be more like "can't look away from the trainwreck" rather than "cuteness intensifies".
