Horse manure used to be a huge problem for cities. Then they got replaced by cars, which came with its own host of problems. Now we have solutions to the car problem....Except autonomous vehicles will eliminate driving jobs, and electric cars...well, I am not sure what would be the major downside if any at all.

I'm thinking something like a free Support Artisans a turn, a culture (and tech?) income and possibly stat cap raising, and/or free innovations every turn, plus a "also can have more effects". International Artisan Games will be a megaproject like the last International Games was.Ah, you're probably right. Still, I imagine something like this would eventually evolve into an international competition given our current stance on foreign immigration and culture.

Tech Refund is already covered by our Arsenal Palace complexes.But Umi basically hit it on the head. To add to that I think if it does effect it it will do so by basically having young Patricians learning through osmosis by attending with their parents. If it gives a Tech refund or something, that will cover the Tech cost of Philosopher Kings.

I expect Artisan Games gives us technology rolls, not free stats. If costing stats was a thing Megaprojects did, I might expect it to do that.
