Just a reminder: Infrastructure currently gives us free +2 progress/turn. That means an additional policy is equivalent to about half of our [React] Build More Aqueducts but every single turn, and without any econ cost.
In fact, assuming we take an Infrastructure Free Policy (and it is looking like we will), we will be up to 2x infrastructure policies, both doubled - plus another free infrastructure policy on top of that. In other words, we get 5 points of progress towards whatever we want each turn. I.e. if we don't take the aqueduct reaction, our provinces will probably just do it next turn.

But. If we DO take aqueducts, that frees up our provinces to spend 5 points on other projects. So Roads, Palace Annexes, Temples... all sorts of nice things.

Source on the Hordes? I've seen it repeated multiple times, but I don't know where people are getting that info.
There is still a father-son nomad hero team in the north, and you have three major groups of them anyway. The father is cool with you guys, but he'll be gone soon, and if there is one thing nomads love, its rich and militarily distracted neighbours.

"That's cool."

So long as they get a nice bribe out of it, they'll deal.

It basically makes attempts to beat us through attrition impossible.
Opponents can beat us by destroying more than 1 Martial per phase, which is exactly what happened here. But it makes us extremely strong in a Great Powers War, yes.

@Academia Nut Hey. Can we not integrate both ST and Gulriver at the same time? We do have a huge stack of Diplo.

Oh and I don't think we ever found out
@Academia Nut
Does the Special: Forestry policy provide the innovation rolls from the Study Forest that was baked into our Expand Forest action?

If they do it could actually be totally worthwhile, but without them it's a lot worse.

Is it? Upgrading values is nice, but having just plain more of them is even IMO nicer. So IMO adding an additional value slot is more effective.
Tier 1 values are generally pretty bad. If we could guarantee a Social slot to stick Wildcat Prospecting I'd be all for it, but we don't really need more Honor Code or Spiritual Value slots and filling it with a Tier 1 trait would not be fun. Remember our Debilitating Belief about metal?

I do find it worth an aqeduct every other turn since it helps us keep our vassals in line and we don't need it om all the time, just once is enough for the effets to occur by word of AN.
We will never switch our passive policies under the current system. It costs a full secondary per policy. It's hilariously inefficient. It's amazing as we add more peripheries and start nearing the cap, but right now we're far below the cap and we'll be integrating another. It's definitely not necessary.

These are my votes, there are many like them, but this one is mine.

Need to start pulling out of the Wealth Hole at any rate to get our guilds happy again.

You (and a bunch of others) need to have an [X] by your kick in order for it to show up in the tally. Check the tally for how to format it exactly.

"I am frightened, but aroused."
:lol:rofl: I ship it. I get the feeling she'd be more likely to try and gut him like a fish if they meet again, though.

Kings Do Not Kneel (Three): Gain +1 Martial every phase during a Take the Crown or Great Power war
Gain +2 Diplo -> Overflows to +2 Culture
This is nice. Makes taking The King Still Stands a much better choice.

A lot of options to pick from. Hmm, some of these will be very tentative votes, I think. May change depending on analysis.

[X] [Mystic] Search the entire kingdom for someone who might understand her and put her at ease (-1 Mystic, -1 Econ, -1 Wealth, -1 Culture)
This is the very least we could do for her. She really has no one since her brother was killed.

[X] [Hero] Organizing all of this was hell, but one clerk refused to buckle (Heroic to Genius level administrator)
Our Administrator Heroes are awesome, Genius ones must be epic and that would be fascinating to see.

[X] [Prov] Integrate Stallions (-6 Diplo, +5 Econ, +5 Econ Expansion, +8 Mysticism, +4 Culture, +2 Tech, +10 Martial, new core province)
I mean, we've been planning on doing this forever so might as well. Gulvalley is also not a bad choice.

[] [React] Build more aqueducts (-2 & -3 Econ to complete aqueducts in Redshore and Redhills)
[] [React] Main Plant Poppies
[X] [React] Megaproject - The Games
-[X] [React] Kick Megaproject
The Megaproject, I guess? It's a choice between these three, I think.

[X] [Policy] Infrastructure (+1 Free Progress to an infrastructure project (Aqueduct, governor's palace, saltern, etc.)/turn) x1
[X] [Policy] Special: Forestry (+1 Sustainable Forest and -1 Econ Expansion/2 turns)
This one is pretty easy. More infrastructure and start working on spreading our forests.

[X] [Bonus] Free Main Proclaim Glory
[] [Bonus] Free Main Build Theatre
[] [Bonus] At least two technology upgrades (exploding rolls)
I want them all  Since I've picked the Games, guess I'll go for Proclaim Glory to boost our stability. Actually, if we pick the Games and Proclaim Glory, then I think we'll end up with 3 stability at the end of it and a completed Megaproject. Pretty ridiculous when you think about the war we've just fought.

Yes, but we're pushing for Defense x2 or Defense x3 in total even. It will be amazing. We will wall everywhere and those fuckos will have to do BIG DEEDS to get into our lands if they try again. (Haha have fun learning siegecraft guys, we already know that shit)

Yes, but one can max out values. We already have a maxed-out value. So before that happens across the board we should IMO grab as many slots as possible.

Love of Wisdom is maxed, yes. But Divine Stewards, Cosmopolitan Acceptance, Joyous Symphony all have been upgraded 2-3 times and have room to grow.

So, risk of grabbing a new unknown value seems high. I don't really like wildcat trait so that's that.

[X] [Mystic] Search the entire kingdom for someone who might understand her and put her at ease (-1 Mystic, -1 Econ, -1 Wealth, -1 Culture)
I specifically want to help her, not take advantage of her. If she wants kids that should be her choice, but no pressure on her. What's more important is rewarding the hero who saved our people by giving her peace of mind.

No strong opinion on the new hero vote right now, I'll leave it to the rest of you. <3

[X] [Prov] Integrate Gulvalley (-4 Diplo, +3 Econ, +8 Econ Expansion, +2 Mysticism, +3 Culture, +1 Tech, new core province)
Nrrrrrrg, this is the smart vote this turn. Consolidates a weakened colony with not much room left to expand.
[X] [Prov] Integrate Stallions (-6 Diplo, +5 Econ, +5 Econ Expansion, +8 Mysticism, +4 Culture, +2 Tech, +10 Martial, new core province)

[X] [Policy] Special: Forestry (+1 Sustainable Forest and -1 Econ Expansion/2 turns)
TREES! This is all I truly care about for passive policy at this juncture.

THESE ARE BOTH WONDERFUL, I CAN"T DECIDE

Forest-chan is looking at you. :p

We really need more trees in our realm for both defense and industry purpose.

We already have 2 policies running and one of them is defense, were currently picking the other 2 policies to set up.
Active or multiple Passives, just one isn't enough. If we wall all of our settlements now, they will become standard for our settlements and we won't need to touch the policy again.
In fact, assuming we take an Infrastructure Free Policy (and it is looking like we will), we will be up to 2x infrastructure policies, both doubled -
This is wrong. It explicitly doubles only one passive policy progress or one active policy action. You can check the update we got it in.

We already have an infrastructure policy that is doubled, so this will only add +1 progress in one turn. Not bad, but no where that convenient.

Hmmm, maybe if we Upgrade DS enough we can eventually get an infinity CB for Land because were its master and caretaker :p

It seemed that when told that there was no single royal family for the Khemtri king to marry into, the obvious solution was to marry into all of the People's noble families. The diplomats suspected incoming shenanigans that would be popularized by pottery artists and playwrights lacking in dignity
Hahahha!

A great turn, and I'm glad we made peace with this guy. I generally like him.

[] [React] Main Expand Snail Cultivation
Snails are used for Dye, feeding our export economy. Right now we want Military, Tech, and Stability, so we can crush the local backstabbers in time to eat the Nomads for breakfast.

No really, I am not seeing much argument in the favor for Admin hero? I would not be so pertubed if people at least were stating their views on the subject.
I like it, and initially voted for it. However, the ludicrous tech from Artisan + double tech is amazingly synergetic.
