,,,can we even do that? I was under the assumption that main settlement is what creates a province.
@Academia Nut if we do a secondary settlement in a potential province lcation, can we declare it a province as an action on the next turn, or would we need to build another settlement there as a main?
........if we have to go double secondary next turn anyways for a new province, why not just wait a turn and do double study health this turn? Your plan makes no sense
Because clean water is also part of our protection from disease, so it still helps (thats why either gives the bonus stability, because the People then know that we're serious about protecting them from disease). Also, its potentially 1 turn faster. What exactly is the reason to go Garden first, Saltern after, even when salt is part of the cholera-cure?
I am honestly confused here.

1 round. Done, we make the Saltern. What exactly is the reason to go Garden first, Saltern after, even when salt is part of the cholera-cure?

I thought we did that in the background at all times like with black soil. You know, we should really find the time to do some Study Forest and other Tree related actions soon. I mean, we are the tree people, but we've been neglecting our wooden friends for quite a while now.
Easiest way to do that would to be to set policy to advancement after we're done with megaprojects. This would cover all study actions, and I'm sure study forest would be hit at least onceYou know, we should really find the time to do some Study Forest and other Tree related actions soon. Quick Edit: Mind, i'm still voting for saltern, at least for now, but thats the reasoning
Except the main purpose for a southshore settlement is new province. We can hold off one turn for study health, or if southshore is real important to you, vote for that. In this case, a half-measure like the one you're proposing is worse than tunnel-visioning on one thing. It does, we get both benefits and ensure we are not tunnel vision with our actions. It's also more entertaining to read if things go well or bad.
Synergy between south shore and mega project, study health with human book, and synergy for salt and health.
Yes, Tuesday for me.
Strawmanning.
No, we don't. Check the actual actions list; looks like @Academia Nut just forgot to remove it from the voting list outside of the spoilerwait, why are we voting greater good again? We still have grand sacrifice
Nope, Grand Sacrifice is tied to Greater Good. Since it fused with Land of Opportunity, we lost it and have to re-acquire it.wait, why are we voting greater good again? We still have grand sacrifice
