To be clear about the above: CR 35 and another two months of training PEA allows us to cast Pangolin Earth Armor at Effect 3 and gives us room for more castings of our other buffs.

Pangolin Earth Armor is non-ablative armor, whicb means it doesnt degrade upon hit. Thats super good. We can Explosive Hug people once or twice and not worry too much about the damage.

I mean it's only important to level sealing if we need it to hit higher TN. Plenty of low hanging fruit we can research first. Which also lowers the TNs of future projects

Edit: though we could try to get a bijuu sealed up in our stomach and then we wouldn't need to level Chakra Reserves

You know what would also be even more dangerous than an implosion seal? An implosion seal that placed a barrier of water at the boundary of the vacuum space. I don't know anything about how we create seals though, so that might be impossible, or too much investment for something that might just be overkill in most scenarios.

In all honesty we can keep ourselves busy just trying to wipe the low-hanging fruit and simple stuff out of our backlog. Even if we limit ourselves to storage scrolls and related stuff, we have plenty of easy-ish (yes yes sealing) stuff to do.

I'm all for figuring out 12 different takes on wrestling Isaac Newton into submission for an increasingly overpowered buff to the Good 'Ol Five-Finger Slamma Jamma.

I think I've found our fastest way to S-rank, and the way to Make Leaf OP Again.

Modify Implosion Seal to:
1. Store meat (or calcium/carbon) instead of air.
2. Not store matter within 2 meters of itself.​

Tell your teammates to get close, activate it, and watch everyone else within 20 meters of you just die. Engaging Leaf ninja in taijutsu, or really any form of combat that isn't long-ranged, becomes suicide. This seal doesn't care whether you're a genin, a jounin, or S-rank, it just instakills you — and given its kill radius, you're unlikely to escape even if you notice it's being activated.

We (by which I mean "Kagome" or "Leaf sealing corps") could probably develop them in a few months.

We'll then need to invent sniper rifles of some kind as a counter, to placate Shikaku's ghost, and then we'll be unstoppable: impossible to approach, overwhelming at long-range. Nice synergy with Keiko's summons and Naruto's shadow clones, too, if they're pure chakra constructs.

Macerators with increased ability to chew stuff up and increased ejection velocity would allow us to imitate a cannon. Dial up the internal stress and we've got grapeshot. Dial down the internal stress and we've got standard shot. At some point over a year ago we actually got QM confirmation that that would work. We just never put the time into developing it.

I've brought this up before, but is there any reason one can't seal an ordinary chakra beast, or multiple?
 
Random though that just occurred to me: Shiori is probably in a pretty bad mental state right now. Being Shikamaru's assistant, she probably hasn't slept in the last few days either, and the upcoming marriage (which she might need to plan herself) most likely isn't doing wonders either.
 
Naruto has the Kyuubi in him and he turned out fine. If he's in our clan, we can even examine his seal and figure out if we can reverse engineer his seal.

Ordinary chakra beasts are just normal animals with enhanced chakra (just like ninja are just normal humans with enhanced chakra). The nine tailed beasts are sentient masses of chakra. The tailed beast seal contains that chakra in a human chakra network. You can't shove a flesh and blood animal into a chakra network.

How can it be true that the Bijuu are actual constructs of chakra if they are sealed and we know that chakra cannot be sealed?
 
We've been talking about starting a chakra ranch for some time now. Y'know who could help with doing that safely? The people with a centuries-old tradition of domesticated chakra tapirs.

I was thinking of starting with something along the lines of Leaf's standardized jinchuuriki apparatus and making an academy washout eat a cabbage.

That reminds me, we need to get down to Nagi and loot everything.

We don't know shit about what the tailed beasts are, let's not make assumptions.
 
Anyway, back to the important stuff. What about Tsunade? I'm serious, reread the Kagome dump. A lot of that is really alarming with the context acquired since.

I'm pretty sure if you can use normal chakra animals to get a permanent chakra the villages would be all using it. Even if the tailed beasts are flesh & blood animals they are probably the only ones that can survive in seal space without food & water.
