Lights... Camera... ACTION!!: A Hollywood Quest

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
Hi Magoose here one of the guys helping Duke.

So we have some bad news.

The quest has been canceled as duke does not want to write it anymore.

I'm going to ask if I can take over for it, because I like this quest, and it would be a shame to kill it
TBF, Mags, you have been doing a lot of the heavylifting for the quest, so this will be in good hands. :)

To be clear to everyone, this is just me burning out on imagination of the quest, since my muse has been hitting me over the head a lot with so many different ideas that I just can't find myself too interested in this.

I'll still hang out here, though, since this still does have a sepcial place in my heart.

I'd like to thank you all for making this a wonderful experience while it lasted.

I'd also like to thank @Magoose, @Fluffy_serpent, and @Martin Noctis for doing so much to help prepare and write this quest. I couldn't have done it without you all. :D

I'll see you all around.

With so many regards, Duke William Of.

They are foaming at the mouth, hoping Ali beats Bruce and prevents him from doing anything crazy.

Turns out, most of the Boxing world hates Bruce because they think he's just a shit fighter, who's more interested in making money, regardless of anything else, rather than actually being a good fighter.

THey are being hypocrites because they hate Bruce can draw a bigger crowd then any of them ever can.
🎶Coping...Coping and Seething🎶

Nothing of significance happened, though:

The Beatles breakup:
D100 => 8

Our suit broke up the beatles.

Damn, if they wanted to play together they shouldn't have played fuck fuck games with the Goose. I can see how the lawsuit would exacerbate existing tensions between the band considering they reunited without any substantial healing on their ties and personalities. I have to wonder just which one of them was responsible for trashing the set and if anyone was against it. My money's on Lennon being the instigator.

Did we win any money in the suit? Cause we deserve repayment of property damage, business expenses for time lost and emotional distress.

Not yet.

Once it does, it will make many studio heads very mad.

And Alan will smoke many victory cigars.

Oh this is going to make Sidney really fucking hate us. We refused so many calls from him to star in a movie for high pay and started a blood feud over him trying to get Carrie to join through Eddie, but some coffee girl just waltzes to the very private Goose's doorstep and he's all chummy with Columbia and stars as Batman? He's definitely going to see Bruce as a hypocrite and now Columbia is on his shit list.

San Francisco.

Marcia isn't willing to move south.

That's a shame, I was hoping that Mary and little George would grow up best friends. Guess they'll have to be summer buddies, or we manage to promote a California high-speed rail.

it went well. If you want the numbers, ask.

So what were the exact numbers for Grease?

Well, Columbia isn't literally the Devil like Sydney and Universal. Simple as.

That moment when you overhaul a whole state's infrastructure and build high speed rail just so your kid can see their friend more often.

Well its less that we refused him, and more like he played a lot of stupid games and won a lot of stupid prizes, because our unwillingness to work for him directly correlates to his scumminess on him trying to make Universal the most powerful film company in America.

And speaking as someone who has the rolls...

He has one question. "Who the hell is Kathleen Kennedy, and why the hell have I never heard of her before now?"

Not realizing that he fired her in his purges of Universal...

So what goes around comes around Sid.

Now we really didn't win any, the company did, and not a lot, mostly because after they paid out they broke apart.
He's definitely going to see Bruce as a hypocrite and now Columbia is on his shit list.
And then he will have to look in the mirror and call the kettle black.
Well, Columbia isn't literally the Devil like Sydney and Universal. Simple as.
Universal isn't even the devil, Sid just has a mandate to be the best film company in the US, and he's certainly going to live up to it.

I mean we're rich enough to do it.

And its totally something an eccentric millionaire like Bruce would do.

Anime TV Pitch: The Daily Adventures of Cu Chulainn and Friends

Anime TV Pitch:
The Daily Adventures of Cu Chulainn and Friends

Genre: Comedy/Slice of Life/Action/Pseudo-Fantasy
Sub-Genre: Historical Characters in Modern Setting/Mythology
Format: Japanese Anime Series

Summary: Summoned into the Modern World by a Wizard..that was promptly killed by Cu Chulainn as the Wizard planned to destroy the world with a sacrifice of a young maiden (as it was dictated in a spell). Cu Chulainn goes on daily adventures discovering new places, legends, characters, and even friends (sometimes rivals).

Description: Practically a series where the travelling cast visits new places, meet new friends, and other adventures they go on. This would introduce the audience to a wide variety of different cultures, their stories, traditions, etc. (Meanwhile they have to fend off villains attempting to control/destroy the world or have questionable goals.)

Director: (Up To The Questers)
Composer: (Up To The Questers)

Main Characters:

Cu Chulainn: He is the well known hero in the Irish Ulster Cycle, A Warrior with an interest in fishing and is able to defeat an entire army by himself and his spear: Gae Bolg. However, as the main character of an anime series, he gets an unfortunate luck factor that drives him into many situations. He is the butt of many jokes along with his Co-Star Archer The Nameless Hero. He has blue-hair, blue tights, and red spear that when Cu is angry, would release a bout of killing intent before disappearing in 2 seconds.

Archer The Nameless Hero: His origins are unknown, even to the directors as he was conceived one night when walking around Kobe, Hyogo, Japan. Back to the Character: He is an Optimistic and Cynical man with white-silver hair, tanned skin, and dresses up in red and black. He is often the "Straight Man" to jokes relating with his friend Cu Chulainn..and also plays as the Butt of the joke at Archer's expense. This character has a talent and interest in cooking. Weapons Archer The Nameless Hero uses are swords he can summon in mid-air, metallic bows, and arrows that are also swords.

Chairo-Ao Sakura: A Girl Cu Chulainn saved in the first episode of the series, she is a curious person with a determination to do good in the world while also learning about the histories, legends, mysteries, and places across the planet. She is adverse to unnecessary fighting and often argues with Cu Chulainn about the needlessness of fights in favour of more reasonable approaches. Unlike many female characters, she actually can be reasoned with, not a nagging annoying person, and repeatedly does not conform to typical women's behaviour in anime. She has brown hair with a pink sleeved sweater and a white skirt.

Recurring Side-Characters:

Kirei Kotomine: A priest that travels with the main cast to see the world for himself. He has an infatuation with Mapo Tofu and has been known to cook the dish for the main cast in times of celebration. Out of the travelling cast he is known for his seriousness and practically the "one in the known", having information of the places they visit, tales of the place, etc

Recurring Main Antagonists:

Medb: A Crazy Psychopath with the goal of keeping Cu Chulainn for herself and turning him into her lover. Unlike many of her lovers that fell to her charms, Cu Chulainn has been noted to escape and remain unaffected..this made her become interested in him. Leading to her sending an army to detain Cu Chulainn himself before he died with intestines wrapped around a stone. Now summoned into the Modern World, she continues her interest and plans to turn Cu Chulainn into her lover.

Gilgamesh: He is the strongest Hero in legends with the ability to break through the Fourth Wall when monologuing or explaining his plans to himself. He has an ego, arrogance, and skill unmatched by anyone and also has the ability to have access to his Personal Treasury (Clarification: Does not have access to Humanity's Treasures). He plans to destroy the whole world and recreate it to his own image – deeming the Modern World too soft and an insult to Uruk.

Fun Fact: Fate/Stay Night UBW Voice Actor for Kotomine (Jouji Nakata) started his career in 1978 as a live action actor (And he apparently narrated the 1993-1994 Mobile Suit Victory Gundam.)

N/A: I have a feeling Magoose will question how I created an original idea out of "Irish Kings" and turn it into an Anime that actually has potential and introduces viewers to the wider world.

[X] Talk about how to deal with Anger and Fear and how you can strive to become a better version of yourself. Show the kids at home how to deal with these emotions and self-improvement in healthy ways of mindfulness such as exercise with Mr. Rogers.

So just to settle this so we can move forward when Magoose is done, here is my idea for the Mr. Rogers vote. I know it's kind of generic, but we don't need to be too flashy about the Mr. Rogers show and just be genuine and set a good example for Mary and other kids. What do you guys think, any specific suggestions?

I still think that a Jojo-esque series about a secret supernatural history could be fun. One idea I had was to have a supporting character in the WWII chapter be a female ambulance driver who turns out to be the future queen in disguise.

A scary animated movie that's basically FNAF crossed with Abandoned by Disney. It'd have a theme park setting since animatronic restaurants like Chuck E. Cheese aren't at peak popularity yet.

How is Elvis's health as of the present? I presume that he's changed his ways some time ago. Especially to get in good enough shape to do the stunts for his movie. Hopefully Doctor Nick had been banished from his life years ago.

Movie Pitch: War of the Crystal

Directed By: Brad Bird
Style: Animated
Genre: Fantasy/Adventure
Sub-genre: Isekai

Pete Price: All around nice guy and pretty popular at school. Plays baseball and is the Pitcher for his school's team, the Prodigious Pronghorn's(go Horns!). Although unlike most other kids his age he doesn't let his fame or popularity go to his head, and still enjoys the more nerdy side of things like Tolkien, Lewis, and Arthurian legends. Deeply leans into the fantasy side of things and is the go to guy if you have questions about elves and dwarves. Pete is at first excited about traveling to another world filled with fantasy tropes and creatures, but learns that not everything is Hobbits and Bombadil's, and he's got to learn to look before leaping.
Voice Actor: Michael Jackson
Alt: ???

Alice Allen: Resident Paleontologist in training. You'll usually find her with a shovel and a miner's hat, off in the caves trying to find fossils and other long dead bones of creatures from long ago. Alice is dealing with some issues at home, her parents are having issues and she's heard them talk about getting a divorce when they think she's asleep. She's been hanging around with the group more in order to stay away from home and having to think about the idea of her parents living in separate houses, and what that means for her. Just like a Compy caught with his little grubby paws in another Dino's nest, she'll have to learn that honesty is the best approach.
Voice Actress: Linda Blair
Alt: ???

Cecil Clark: Inventor, dreamer, someone very familiar with what the inside of a locker looks like. If Pete is the cool kid who's into nerdy things, then Cecil is the nerdy kid who's into BUILDING those nerdy things. Needlessly picked on because he wears glasses and his parents were cruel enough to name him Cecil, the boy lacks any friends aside from Pete and Alice, and when he's not hanging with them he prefers to spend his time building wacky contraptions like a steam powered bicycle or insulated jacket. Cecil's intense desire to know how things work is a veiled attempt to understand why he doesn't fit into the world. Why is he the cog not meant in this machine?
Voice Actor: Peter Ostrum
Alt: ???

Mr. Reed: The kindly old man who owns the bookshop that the three kids visit often. He's more than a little eccentric, and always willing to listen to the kids' problems. After listening to the children and wanting to help ease some of the burden off their shoulders(well for Alice and Cecil at least, Pete is just bored), he offers to show them a special book. This book is what ends up transporting the kids to another world.
Voice Actor: Pat Morita
Alt: Billy Dee Williams

Professor Rickity-Smickity-Kerplickity(or just the Professor): One of the first humanoid individuals that the kids meet upon entering the new fantasy world. The Professor is a Half-Gnome-Half-Dwarf inventor who creates wild contraptions and living beings using metal and steam(and a dash of magic). Alas it seems that the Evil Queen has taken control of Crystal, the means by which the Professor is able t give sentience to his metal creations. He enlists the kids help in getting the Crystal back, because what else would three children who just fell out of the sky be except for the heroes of the story. The Professor is a stoic individual, which seemingly contrasts with his name and his style of dress which looks like somebody threw a plaid suit and a surgeon's uniform into a blender.
Voice Actor: Vincent Price
Alt: Leonard Nimoy

Tinker: The Professor's first and only functioning creation, a steam powered machine that resembles three dinosaurs(a Stegosaurus, a Pterodactyl, and a Triceratops) that can change between each form whenever he wants, although most of the time he ends up getting halfway stuck and requires someone to hit him with a stick to finish the change. Jovial and kindly, even though he's a large walking metallic beast of old he's kind of a scaredy-cat. He'd rather run and hide than stand and fight, much to the Professor's displeasure. He can tell some mean jokes though! Did ya' hear the one about the T-Rex who lost his hearing aid? NEITHER DID HE!
Voice Actor: Dom Deluise
Alt: Robin Williams

Snowbell: The Professor's assistant and excitable fairy companion. She provides most of the exposition when the kids arrive and meet the Professor, and explains the current War for the Crystal that's been going on in the realm. She ends up getting captured alongside Cecil when the Evil Queen's troops find them, and is the one who has to convince Cecil not to let his emotions and feelings turn him to the Evil Queen's side.
Voice Actress: Eve Plumb
Alt: Jodie Foster

Razor-Leaf: The Elven commander of the last remaining resistance fighting against the Evil Queen's Crystal Army. Gruff and quick to anger, he blames the Professor for letting the Crystal fall into the Evil Queen's hands in the first place, and doesn't think much of the kids when they arrive. Rides a Pterodactyl named Scar and REALLY likes to let loose a loud yell whenever he attacks. Learns to appreciate the kids near the end, even if they are all scrawny brats. Wild hair, cool tribal gear, pretty much just an excuse to have a bad ass Elven/Native-American/Conan dude.
Voice Actor: Scott McNeil
Alt: Ron Perlman

Queen Malora(the Evil Queen): The Antagonist and only villain of the film, she tricked the Professor into letting her take the Crystal under the pretense of saving her dying kingdom, in actuality she ran her kingdom into the ground herself and has no sympathy for the lives she left destroyed in her wake. She has a floating castle that is using enlarged Crystal to carve up the land and infect it with the magic from the Crystal, slowly turning the entire countryside into a Crystal wasteland. Her plan is to use the magic produced from the infected world to break the boundaries between her world and the real world and take that over next. She tricks Cecil into believing that what she's doing is actually a good thing, that the others simply just doesn't understand the whole grand scheme and appeals to the boys needs and wants of being accepted. She resembles something like a mix between a lizard lady and a shambling mannequin.
Voice Actress: Bette Midler
Alt: Eartha Kitt

Crystal Soldiers: Mindless and obedient minions of Malora, while they're a major threat to the world they're also bumbling idiots who end up shattering themselves a lot of times through easily avoidable circumstances.
Voice Actor: Frank Oz

Tinker, the floating castle, and any other machinery are all done in 3d to really make them stand out amongst the traditional 2d animation.

Act 1
Pete, Alice, and Cecil are finishing up at school. Pete is finishing up baseball practice where he messes up a play by acting too early and his coach tells him he needs to stop and think more. Alice is talking with the guidance counselor who asks her how her home life is, but the bell rings before Alice answers and she races out and collects her fossil hunting gear. Cecil is being bullied by some boys who mock him for glasses and knock his books down, Pete and Alice show up and chase them off as they try to cheer Cecil up. The three decide to head over to the book store, their usual hang out.

They arrive, Mister Reed welcoming them while restocking the shelves. The old man asks the kids how they are, talking to them individually as they explore different sections of the book store and learning about Alice and Cecil's troubles, and stopping Pete before he can knock over a display for the hit new autobiography from Bruce O'Brian. Hearing of their troubles he offers them a special book. When he hands it to them they are confused because the cover is blank, and so are the inside pages. Mister Reed tells them that the plot, characters, and setting are all up to them, whatever they want will show up. BUT, he warns, once they start reading they can't stop till the story is finished. Then he just kind of waddles off.

The three kids stare at the book, asking each other what kind of story they'd like to read about. Pete says he wants one with lots of fantasy, sword and sorcery, and an Evil Queen! Alice gushes about how much she'd love to read about all the different kinds of dinosaurs. Cecil admits he'd want to read something involving complicated machinery powered by renewable energy. As each of the kids say what they'd want to see, the book changes and slowly develops a cover(look above), and begins to grow in size. Slightly taken aback, the three kids slowly open up the book-

And are sucked inside through a vortex of wind and magic.

Traveling through an interdimensional wormhole, the three kids are dumped in a lush and colorful jungle like area, each of them pushing through the heavy underbrush before finally coming upon a exit from the thick jungle and find themselves looking out over a vast and alien world, where floating mountains and flying creatures line the sky, and where the grass is all manner of colors and sheens.

Excitement gives way to astonishment for Alice as a herd of Brontosaurs pass by, and Pete nearly passes out as a couple of Wood Nymphs chuckle and laugh as they poke at his strange clothes. While both his friends are marveling at this, Cecil wonders when something he likes is gonna' show up, which is when Tinker, Snowbell, and the Professor arrive via Tinker's Pteranodon form. Or more like crash, Tinker isn't very good at sticking the landing. The kids are initially freaked out, until Tinker's friendly demeanor and Snowbell's jovially attitude puts them at ease. The Professor introduces himself, revealing he was able to find the kids due to one of his devices picking up a strange bit of interdimensional energy popping up.

Exposition is given as Snowbell explains the world that the kids just entered. Mystarium. And she explains the current problems that their world is facing because of the Evil Queen Malora, who's massive floating castle can be seen in the distance surrounded by dark thunder clouds and lightning, dragging a massive jagged crystal through the ground.

Pete is all for helping out the Professor and this world, intent on becoming a great hero of legend while Alice and Cecil try to get him to calm down. In the excitement a group of Crystal Soldiers show up, and the kids hop on Tinker as they all make a break for it to escape. A chase happens with the Crystal Soldiers riding Crystal Pteranodon's of their own, forcing Tinker to escape down through the jungle and narrowly avoid the vines and giant man eating plants. Cecil loses his grip at one point and falls off, Snowbell flying after him and grabbing hold only for one of the Crystal Soldiers to grab them both and capture them. Alice and Pete can only watch in horror as their friend is flown off towards the Evil Queen's floating castle.

Act 2
Cecil is put in a comically large cage by the Crystal Soldiers, with the boy lamenting to Snowbell that even in a fantasy world he finds himself getting stuff inside places by big bullies. Snowbell tries to cheer him up, reminding him that his friends and the Professor are probably already thinking of a way to get them out of their situation. That's when the duo are brought into the throne room, right before Queen Malora.

Queen Malora is dramatic, proclaiming victory over the Professor and happily talking about how he'll no longer be a thorn in her side. That's when she actually looks at Cecil and Snowbell, and she starts berating the Crystal Soldiers for grabbing the wrong person. After a bit of a hissy fit in which she blows up a few of the Crystal Soldiers up with magic and then orders them to clean themselves up(as the Crystal Soldiers aren't dead, just in a bunch of pieces and comically start bouncing out of the room), she turns to Cecil and Snowbell, and asks who the boy is. Cecil explains how he and his friends ended up here, and Malora is more than intrigued when he mentions another world. She asks him to tell her more.

Meanwhile Alice and Pete are begging the Professor and Tinker to chase after Cecil, but he Professor says that it would be suicide to face the Queen's floating castle alone, and that they must seek help before attempting such a daring feat. Tinker flies them all down to a bustling village filled with loads of different fantasy races, transforming into his Stegosaurus form and stomping around town. Pete is amazed at everything, goofily commenting on an undead walking about(he's not, he's actually just an old man and he'll get around to dying when he feels like it), and has to be roped in by Alice. Alice herself is distracted momentarily by seeing a family happily enjoying their time together, and feels bad that stuff like that just isn't in her cards anymore.

Before the kids can explore too much more, a band of warriors flying Pterodactyls land down in front of them, the leader of the group being a really cool looking Elf named Razor-Leaf, who angrily asks the Professor how he could possibly show his face around here after being responsible for the destruction that's raped the lands. The kids learn about how the Professor was tricked, and try to defend him only for Razor-Leaf to dismiss them as scrawny brats. The Professor begs Razor-Leaf for help in getting Cecil back, but Razor-Leaf(who does offer his condolences to the kids for their friend), reveals that he and his warriors are planning on attacking the floating Castle in the morning, and using explosives to bring it down. The Professor tries to argue against that, both because of Cecil's safety and also because it could cause a massive magical explosion that could spread the infection of the Crystal even faster, but Razor-Leaf refuses to listen, flying off with his warriors.

Pete asks how the Professor even plans on stopping Malora, and the Professor reveals an orb with all manner of spinning and twirling gizmo's. He says that the orb is loaded with the last bits of magic he managed to snag from the Crystal, and Tinker shows that he has an identical orb in his chest and it's what powers machines like himself. The Professor explains that by introducing this energy back to the Crystal, they can overload it safely and just short circuit the magic and revert all of the previously Crystal infected lands in the process.

Back to Cecil and Malora, Malora begins spinning a tale about how she's really helping people with the Crystal, that if everyone becomes a Crystal being then all will be equal and on the same level, everyone will fit in with each other. Cecil actually finds this agreeable, much to Snowbell's shock. The fairy tries to argue, but Malora subtly puts her in a sound proof magical box when Cecil isn't looking. Slowly Malora is manipulating Cecil onto her side, learning more and more about how he and his friends arrived in her world, and taking an EXTRA bit of interest in the wording that Mister Reed said, that they can only return once the story is finished. "Nobody said it had to be a happy ending." Malora mumbles darkly to herself.

Back to Alice, she's feeling down and Tinker is there to listen to her vent. She hates that her parents are getting divorced, she hates that she feels like everything's just splitting apart on her and that it's all she can do just to hold herself together. Tinker says that sometimes it's okay to fall apart, and maybe picking ourselves back up is a scary thought, but we'll be stronger because of it.

Meanwhile with Peter he's actually blaming himself for a lot of this. He feels that Malora's whole existence is his fault, since he wanted the Evil Queen to be part of the story. The Professor talks with Peter, saying how mistakes are often a very important part of life and growing up. "Nothing, in this world or any other, starts out perfect. Every sapling has to spread its roots and stretch up high before it can be called a tree, and from those trees comes an acorn to start the whole process over again."

Act 3
The dawn breaks and Razor-Leaf and his band of warriors start their attack on Malora's floating Castle. The Professor and the kids use this as a chance to sneak up behind the Castle, whilst their attention is on the front. The battle is massive and a huge part of the third act, Razor-Leaf's warriors riding Pterodactyl's and fighting Crystal Soldiers who are riding Crystaldactyls, all with the floating castle and the huge crystal as a backdrop to give size to the battle.

We cut to Malora and Cecil, the Evil Queen convincing to sit upon her throne and try leading her soldiers to victory so that they may end the bloodshed and begin anew. Cecil, looking like he's going to actually go for, opts out at the last second. Sadly the decision isn't really up to him, and the Evil Queen uses her magic to force him into the chair, revealing it's a device that can hone in on Cecil's own interdimensional signature, of which Malora can use that to open a portal to the real world all for herself. The Crystal is finally revealed, a large purple jagged piece of rock that hovers over Cecil as it crackles with purple electricity.

Snowbell frees herself from the soundproof box finally thanks to a clumsy Crystal Soldier, and starts messing with the control room to cause the floating Castle to deviate just as it was about to drag the larger Crystal through the village that Peter and Alice were at earlier.

The Professor and the kids land on the floating Castle but are met with a band of Crystal Soldiers. Tinker, finally growing a spine, transforms into his Stegosaurus form and fights back allowing the Professor and kids to get further into the Castle. The Castle crashes into the side of a mountain, causing everyone inside to topple over and for the Professor to drop the Orb which Peter quickly grabs and races ahead of everyone else.

Outside Razor-Leaf and his warriors are losing the battle, so the Elf orders his men to prepare the explosives while the Castle is out of service.

Peter runs into the throne room just as the Crystal is powering up, and seeing Cecil strapped in the chair he acts without thinking and throws the Orb at the Crystal. Just as it's about to hit, Malora snatches it out of the air and cackles at Peter for acting so brashly. The Crystal then zaps Cecil who lets out a cry before the Crystal stops and he slumps forward. Peter lets out a pained cry of anguish as the others enter the throne room and Malora cackles some more, leaning forward to mock Cecil's still corpse.

Or rather, she would have, had Cecil not looked up and blew a Raspberry right in her face. This causes Malora to jump back in surprise, her own magic going off while holding the Orb and causing a mini explosion that leaves her a smoking and burnt mess who falls to the ground with a low groan. Peter and Alice get Cecil out of the chair, asking how in the world he managed to survive that. "Insulated Jacket." Cecil says proudly.

The happy reunion is cut short though as the Professor picks up the Orb, revealing it's been broken apart and the magic inside is gone. Without the Orb, there's no way to stop the Crystal, and Razor-Leaf's men are approaching with the explosives. After a bit of worrying, Tinker steps forward and says they still have ONE MORE Orb, gesturing to the one in his chest. Alice is against it, tearfully telling Tinker that without that Orb he won't be alive anymore. "Sometimes it's okay to fall apart Alice." He calmly reminds her, before pulling his orb out. He has enough energy to pass it to the Professor, before his whole mechanical form falls apart like a house of cards. The Professor presses the Orb to the Crystal, the two energies mixing before causing a massive short circuit even to happen, traveling down the large Crystal outside and into the Crystal Infection across the land before it slowly turns back to lush greens and swimming brooks.

Seeing this, Razor-Leaf calls off the explosives at the last moment, commenting that those scrawny brats actually did it.

In front of Alice, Peter, and Cecil a portal opens back up to the bookshop, and the three kids tearfully look over the remains of Tinker before hugging Snowbell and the Professor. Just before they leave however, Cecil reaches down and grabs something before they all jump through the portal.

The kids are transported right back to the bookshop, with Mister Reed popping in and asking if the story was a good one. "It was...memorable." Cecil says slowly, placing a hand on Alice and Peter's shoulders.

The trio return to school, Alice talking with her guidance counselor about how her parent's divorce makes her feel, Peter managing to make a triple play because he thought before he acted, and Cecil scaring off his bullies with a fake hand that detaches from his wrist that he makes the bullies believe is his real hand as they run off in horror.

The kids meet up at Cecil's place, both Alice and Peter wondering what Cecil has been dying to show them. Cecil, excitedly, says he's spent the whole week working on this, and brings them over to his desk where...there's a small miniature Tinker looking up at them and moving about ."Ya know, I said I needed to go on a diet, but this is a bit too far." The mechanical dinosaur jokes while the three kids happily hover around him.

The End.

I do not know what else to say...

But Script Roll:
D100 + 100 => 164

I'm honestly a bit worried about how well Disney might roll for Halloween. Hell even with a nat 1 on Blackhole they STILL made all their money back.

Blame ILM for doing to good of a job.

Yes ILM is so good that people watch the movies for our special effects wizardry.

So Here are the rolls of the directors for next update.

Steve:
D3 => 1
Brian:
D3 => 1
Martin:
D3 => 1

So everyone wants to take a break for the rest of the year, understandable, as they had a grand old time making movies. They are in need.

And considering the amount of stuff about to happen in 79... it's going to be a good thing that they are well-rested.

Three films come to mind.

Napoleon Part 1

Superman.

and Alien

Also Bruce now has two films he needs to work on at the same time, with Empire, and Batman...

Poor Bruce. :V
