I expect at least a sentence in Kakara's thought process next update to be about how much of a mental back and forth it took her to decide among those two options.
"How much longer does she have?

"15 minutes sir"

"Kakara..."

"Im Thinking"

No, by all means, continue for as long as you like, dont mind me, lying on my side in this hole in the ground.

Actually, they really wouldn't unless they were right there. Blowing up a planet is not hard.

It is hard to do without giving enough warning for our equal power and IT capable father to intercede.

Again:

Somewhat is smaller than Middling?

This is a legitimate question, Have I been using that word wrong all this time?

...Well.

Go check the other voting options. Cat Dazarel is 'middling' which sharply offended him. It is self evident being a cat probably bothers him more than being a tiny dragon. So head seal is approximately equal to cat.

Okay, I think that's enough, folks. We've had a mod visit, and by the bottom of the screen, he's still here. Let's not make more work for him. Final positions, and let's wrap this up?
Can you clarify @PoptartProdigy ? With Oddball, would we be able to talk to Insider Dazrael better, or be able to convince everyone to seal him inside us easier?
Small bonus, so yes.
Probably. Middling means "moderate".

Of course, then this raises the question of how @PoptartProdigy is using it. If Poptart is using "middling" in the "very little" sense...
In the, "in or of the middle of things," sense. I.e., "moderate."
@PoptartProdigy would the dragon being sealed in us make other spellwork placed on us take more effort to cast?
Shouldn't.

Was in class for a few hours, and now we have a dumpster fire of a thread (in the smelly shit I burning in a controlled ish way), had a mod vist (for something that feels like it happened ages ago), and really haven't made more progress on convincing each other (but are getting more and more sucked into fighting).

Still find Simon's callback to his engineers example as to why we can't trust the sorcerers about the seal to be hilarious* (unless he made another example since -- thread is moving really fast)

But really at this point, both sides have dug in and are shooting at each other. They've got points that they care about (either in the benefits of their option, or their dislike of the other) and no arguments by anyone will change them at this point.

I'm just glad the fear mongering has died down.

*Although that's probably more of a measure of how bad my week has been that I got that much enjoyment out of it.

I think the reason we're still fighting is that, as last I checked, the difference between the two votes is like half or one-quarter of a vote. It is that damn close. And since both sides feel strongly about where we think the results of this vote will take us, we are probably going to be fighting this out until the very last second when the vote is called, throwing out every argument we have against the opposing view and for ours in a last ditch attempt to sway the vote and make sure our option comes out on top.

Well reasoned, sir. Housecat vs. Housecat sized dragon is far clearer.

Quoting the rest;

[ ] Seal his powers away. Dazarel will still be a mountain-sized, flying, fire-breathing dragon with the ability to survive the depths of space, but he will no longer have abnormal ki and psychic abilities (least harsh, renders him within your abilities to handle if he gets out of line).
[ ] Seal him into an inanimate object. Sorcerers will be able to get him visitation, so he won't be completely alone, but he will be completely disabled (harshest, completely strips any ability to affect the world aside from talking to willing, un-captive visitors).
[ ] Seal him into an actual house cat, because you think it's funny.
-[ ] With control of the body (middling harshness, Dazarel is restricted to hissing at things and scratching them. Means you could physically carry him during your day-to-day if you wanted without having to explain him to Garenhulders. Sacrifice a poor kitty).
-[ ] Without control of the body (harshest, Dazarel is as restricted as the inanimate object version. But in a cat. Why even?).

It's house cat with control that's middling, mind. Without it's 'harshest'.

Well I think that settles the vote. There is no way that chibi can catch up now.

New votes won't change anything if the current votes are representative.
And less than an hour ago, this statement would have said 'head seal can't catch up', if I'm not mistaken. You cannot assume this.

Like, it's something like a half vote apart after weighting. It could shift easily. (also I think chibi is actually ahead.)

by my count it would only take 2 votes to tie it up again. So if there are three more people who want chibi then it's still entirely possible for chibi to win.
Lemme Check that for you real quick.

Ok, let's check just in case.

Edit: Actually, chibi seems to be winning.

25% of 49 is 12.25, so chibi is ahead like 1.75 votes right now.

Since the vote is coming to an end soon, it's time for anyone undecided to step up. Frankly, I'd prefer a cute version of Dazarel forced to interact with people on a level that's not "Fear me as I eat you! Mwahahahaha!" Making your prey run in fear makes you feel strong and good about yourself - interacting with them when you don't have all the power is likely to wear him down. Unless you're a sociopath, people generally don't like hurting/upsetting other people - the natural instinct of a child seeing someone in need of assistance is to try to help.

It's kinder, too, to both Kakara and Dazarel - as others have mentioned, not only is it explicitly by the wording considered a less harsh punishment (solitary confinement with occasional allowed interaction with your jailor versus supervised freedom in your own body, only smaller), but being in this position will be hard for compassionate Kakara. She'll be putting herself in a situation where she has no way to improve his life beyond keeping the connection open - she can't bribe him with sweets, let him visit places, make friends of his own. Her only recourse and method of negotiation will be the threat of cutting him off and leaving him to stew alone again until she regains the patience to deal with him - all stick, no carrot.

And finally, this all came about due to RP spoilers implying that we might get a powerup from this. By WOG RP spoilers are extremely dubious things to base expectations on due to the nature of the RP, but if they are accurate then apparently the powerup sucks. Like, "super-powered evil form slowly corrupting you from the inside" level of suck. It's just not worth it.

Reforming villains into friends is a longtime tradition in DBZ, but never with a villain you've stuck in a cage and don't interact with. Those always turn out poorly.

EDIT:
*blinks* why does your count have 2 less votes for jinchuriki than blonddude's?
Someone went back and changed their vote in the last 2 minutes?

DOUBLE EDIT: Now they both match! You aren't going mad, one had Head seal at 51.
