Well we could just take him there, have the kayos plus baba seal his powers (witch would probably work better that our own sorceres work) and than transport him somewhere else (either our home or another planet)

I don't think we should. As much as it would be nice to, we can't rely on them for everything, especially since they have restrictions on how much they can help. I think this needs to be us.

yknow that's actually not the worst idea possible

as long as it's not directly inside our soul

because that's actually impossible

but using out body as a container for the thing while locking it down with as much willpower suppressants and anti-PSI measures as possible, you'd get a highly resilient, highly useful prison for the damn thing

we haven't actually encountered any kais we can talk to tho

kiiiinda puts a damper on that plan

We have encontered Gohan and the z-fighter through, we just need to ask them to take us to the kayos, the real problem is if we can enter the afterlife or not.

Which is a noted metaphysical conundrum for the Exiles. They know Goku did it. Why can't they? They have IT! Is it because they haven't been there and don't remember where to look? Well, Kakara's been there...and no, she can't get a lock either.

That sounds like the Kai's got fed up with Goku waltzing in and out of the afterlife and made some changes

Or maybe the Enemy doing some weird Exalted level metaphysical working to prevent such a thing.

We could maybe beat him till he is unable to fight anymore, talk to him and if it doesn't work ask the sorcerers if they can refine a mask that will seal most of his power without taking his memory away? Dunno I'm a little stumped on this.

We can't just let it go, it might blow the masquerade out of spite. Locking it in the afterlife seems impossible and even if it wasn't, we don't know if he has powers like a seer and might be able to contact people from the afterlife and tell them about us.

I feel like we should try to talk to it while we fight and get him to surrender. But we have no guarantee it won't just wait until we lose this power and it reminds me of gohan vs cell.

We could try to make it understand that everyone is connected to try to create some empathy... but if it backfires we create spirit bomb dragon.

Not really, because our PL hasn't changed, we are simply the focal point for a storm of energy. Kakara doesn't have a 300 Billion PL so much as shes the controlling force behind a cloud of tiny PL's that adds up to 300 Billion. Or that's what I'm getting out of this anyway, so from half way across the Galaxy we still look like a planet full of random PL signatures instead of 1 HUGE one.
