I like it, as to if it is possible that is a very good question. I'd think that its one of those things where sure in theory it could be done but in practice isn't gonna be that simple. It also relays on Sorcery to accomplish, which means Kakara knows very very little about if such a thing can be done.
Who say's we have to make him human? We could just turn him into a cute little Chibi Dragon, have him ride on our shoulder, let Sophie pet him etc.
Well the big problem there is that once he leaves he can just come back and get the drop on us, or just blow up the planet. Even if he honestly leaves he'd probably just go somewhere and be all "Hey guys want to know where some Saiyan's are?"
