Because of this:Why is jirachi's vote merged with the frills vote? IIRC they were just doing an ask vote.
His ASK vote over road his plan vote and he's not online to fix it.[X] Feel the grass.
-[X] Have a Multiform in Golden Oozaru form distract the Dragon.
-[X] Ask the sorcerers if they can make it so the dragon can't sense us charging our attack.
They had previously voted for "frills", but forgot that making a post with the ask vote would make it not be picked up. They still voted for it, so I count it.Why is jirachi's vote merged with the frills vote? IIRC they were just doing an ask vote.

No matter which side wins? And no matter what happens in the next update because of it?
Let's try and keep the "I told you so's" to a minimum, alrighty, everyone? I've seen too many things like this destroy a thread's playerbase.
They previously mentioned they do not trust Dandeer to not use us asking for help to shank us in the kidneys from behind.Hopefully a tie means Kakara uses the extended plan, since the thread represents her thoughts and we have been constantly making arguments about why it is a good choice.
Edit: Fictionfan, you usually participate. Any insight on why not the extended plan? We heard aranfan's reasoning already
I don't want to give Dandeer a better chance at back stabbing us.Edit: Fictionfan, you usually participate. Any insight on why not the extended plan? We heard aranfan's reasoning already
Wouldn't not telling her what we know be more likely to cause that? Especially since, as leader of the group and a mind magic specialist, she'll be expected to help counter the dragons psychic powers, and therefore have less opportunities to shank us.I don't want to give Dandeer a better chance at back stabbing us.
I think it's impossible for her to do worse than somehow sabotage the concealment, in which case we're no worse off than before. In fact, that's still a net positive, because she'd be doing it as part of a big group effort where all the other sorcerers can see her do it - if she tried, we'd finally have a legitimate (in the legal sense) reason to nail her to the wall! Can you imagine a better way to turn Berra against Dandeer than him discovering that she sabotaged an important tactic during a fight to save the world, in order to try and get his daughter killed?I don't want to give Dandeer a better chance at back stabbing us.
I don't want to give Dandeer a better chance at back stabbing us.
While I understand your concern, she is with all the other sorcerers and we know from the last time we visited Jaffur that sorcerers can see and recognize the spells as they are weaved.I don't want to give Dandeer a better chance at back stabbing us.
Oddball bonuses ahoy!Oddball: What everybody can agree on is that your mind works in strange ways. You tend to take people off-balance. Gain a slight bonus to any check involving you acting in unconventional ways, and a moderate bonus to take others off-guard in doing so.
One of only two explicit stats in the game, this measures your drive and determination, and modifies rolls of a d100.
You are incredibly determined and disciplined. You can carry on against almost any opposition. In a contest of wills, you would smash the average (as in the mathematical mean) adult human (+10) with ease. Saiyan averages are higher due to more of them being dedicated warriors (+20), but even they are nothing compared to you.
+43 (+8 base, +20 from "Hopeful," +10 from "A Cause," +5 from "Ambitious,"), +53 when acting against Jaffur's Seal or Dandeer Vegeta.
Saving the planet is in service of good, right?Convictions: A fearful whisper, let loose by Dandeer Vegeta, made you fear for your integrity and possible likeness to Lord Vegeta. Upon confronting this, you found...nothing. You aren't like him, and your behavior was not out of line. You were in the right, and the knowledge of this has strengthened your faith in yourself. Gain a small bonus to all actions taken in what you believe to be in the service of right.
Moderate boost to take charge of the situation with the sorcerers.Compelling Presence: When you speak, people listen. Something about your words draws and fascinates those around you. You have an almost indefinable charisma about you that draws people's attention whenever you have something to say. Minor bonus to all Communication checks and moderate boosts to take charge of a situation.
Bonus to solving the situation swiftlyDecisive: While level-headed, you recognize that when a crisis beckons the time for waiting has passed and the time for action has come. In a time-critical situation, gain a small bonus to all actions that resolve or defuse the situation swiftly.
Moderate bonus to take the dragon off guard with the strategyOddball: What everybody can agree on is that your mind works in strange ways. You tend to take people off-balance. Gain a slight bonus to any check involving you acting in unconventional ways, and a moderate bonus to take others off-guard in doing so.
Moderate bonus to saving everyone we know.Protector [Foundational Trait]: Meerak forced you to confront the question of what kind of person you really are. It was a painful year, figuring out the answer, but now you have it. You have your powers so that you can keep people safe. Everybody. Even those who don't want to be. People who are working to hurt others need to be stopped, but that doesn't mean you need to sink to their level. At the end of the day, the wicked need to be stopped, but you aren't them -- and you won't become them. That might mean that you need to talk them down, or it might mean that you need to fight. So be it. But no matter what, you know one thing about yourself: Thou shalt not kill. You gain heavy vote weighting against the use of lethal force on sapient beings, and will never default to it of your own will, even against Hated Enemies. The use of lethal force will never be presented as a default option; the players must write such options in if they want them. However, Kakara now gains a moderate bonus on all checks made in service of actions taken to protect the lives or safety of others. You no longer encounter barriers or penalties to combat skill training. This trait may, still, be developed further...
Communication check bonus for the sorcerersSocializer: You don't have many friends, but you like people, and it's hurt you deeply to be able to talk to so few of them. But when you get the chance, you tend to seek out others. Gain a small bonus to all Communication checks.
Communication for convincing them.Communication [Exceptional]: You watched your father ride herd on the rising panic and strife of a nation in hiding for over a year, and then watched him convince them all that it was all for their own good. You have learned at the feet of a true master.
Since we are not lying to the dragon's face, we use our talented intrigue instead of our competent deceit.Intrigue [Talented]: The past few years have seen you watch your father consolidate his power and influence as Lord Goku, finally clawing back the power lost when Oni launched his rebellion. Only a few realize what he's done -- and none have contested it. You are still not his equal, but you know now how to set up circumstances to your liking, to a level far beyond your years.
Talented at command.Command Training [Talented]: You have trained your understanding of the art of command to the very pinnacle of the knowledge of your people. Under your father, you have learned to be a leader with no superiors; only peers. In terms of the wider galaxy, you are good, but not amazing. Your people haven't actually fought a war in quite some time, after all. But with effort and through practical lessons imposed by your father, you have become a talented leader of warriors.
Great to sense ki.Overall Skill: Exceptional. Here is where you shine. You are possessed of an incredible understanding of the way ki flows through the body for your age, as well as how to harness it. It would not be inaccurate to say that your entire body, through your ki, is under your firm control. You move exactly how and when you desire to, and with an easy and eerie grace. You increase ki talents below "Exceptional" more quickly.
Ki Sense [Exceptional]: You possess something close to omniscience in the art of sensing ki. Even at the age of eight, you are never unaware of the movements of those around you. You can feel an insect a mile away or a normal human well over the horizon. And after your feat in detecting a ballistic missile with a ping, you now know that far more is open to you than anybody has ever before dared to imagine. May freely train to, "Elite," with "Machine Sense," and, "All Is One," as possible Elite Talents. Slight progress already made.
People look up to us for leadership in combat.Natural Soldier: While it's as much a matter of clever presentation and unorthodox training as actual fact, your performance at the target shooting event at your father's tournament has given you a reputation as a natural-born soldier, in contrast to the Exile's more warrior-oriented mindset. Of course, you know that this isn't a matter of natural aptitude. You overcame your problems with violence late, and thus was far more comfortable with the lessons of command and organization. Nonetheless, the attention and acclaim has buoyed your confidence, and now that you think about it, you have acquired a mindset worth exploiting, even if it's a product of circumstance rather than a gift. Others will look to you for leadership in combat.
No. It's a runoff round. I'm well within my right to decide arbitrarily if I decide I want to, at this point, and we got 47/51 revotes even with the time constraint. It stands.Poptart. That's like 4 hours for people to have enough time to recast their votes. That's kinda bullshit. Leave it open longer.

Also, you might want to give a WOG drop to clear the air for the people arguing repeatedly with the same false information we already know is false.
Nah, just mistaken.@PoptartProdigy I don't know if it was here or in the RP, but I know I asked you if the exiles were at all aware of psychics. You said they didn't even remember that Chaotzu was one.
You lied to me and I am miffed.
No.dragonx99 brought it up, and it's a valid point.
The whole thing comes down to, in my mind, the risk of multiform ensuring that attempting the Spirit Bomb fails, versus the risk of not multiforming and getting the sorcerers involved. Remembering the interaction between multiform and shades pushed the balance of risk towards "multiform causes problems" enough that I didn't want to risk it.
Also true, but we don't know the fundamental mechanisms. We know multiforms are connected somehow, and it's possible that the multiform being GO counts as impure for the purposes of the Spirit Bomb. Of course, I suppose we can then just dispel the multiform...
*sighs* @PoptartProdigy, does Kakara have any idea of how multiform would interact with the Spirit Bomb?
