I bet Jaffur figured out how to enter people's dreams and we got spooked.

Also, I was thinking. These aliens all have their own martial arts, right? Anybody else think we should maybe pick one up? If nothing else, it would be good to analyze if we ever do the whole 'create my own style' thing.

Well let's tally up the actions.

First actions we have to do to maintain relationships
2-3 actions on school.
1 action train misfits or doing something else with them.
At least one action to do with the seal

Second actions that get bonuses because we did them this year and want to continue.
1 action Train Tien Style
1 action Seer training

These seem to be the must haves leaving 10 left.

To be fair, that already happened and put a significant rift between Berra and Kakara a few years back, because Berra didn't grasp that Kakara was opposed to the Sealing on ethical grounds and not just because 'eww witchcraft!'

By this point, taking actions away from grinding Perfect Multiform is practically a tradition.

Don't get me wrong, I want to develop it some day... but if it waits until Kakara is thirty, I'm not going to complain.

The only possible way for the system of lords to function while relaxing the restrictions on Super Saiyan (rather than specifically forming one additional line of lords) would be to get wards up to snuff for SSJ2 and move the lord monopoly up to that.

Given that we have seen frequently in DBZ and BoD (whose power level system is used in AtE, and which may have other influences as well) that Saiyans get 'more Saiyan' when they pop SSJ, and their instincts to engage in battle and show no mercy are increased after they have, I doubt we'll be relaxing those restrictions even if SSJ3 becomes possible in warded areas.

Could you imaging a world with 2,000 SSJs? There would be no survivors...galactically.

I'm not saying we would do it then, I'm saying 'getting the wards incrementally better would not be in any way an enabler to passing out Super Saiyan'. On an infrastructure level, we could already support an entire population of super saiyans. It's the societal level that can't. The only way we could maybe pass out super saiyan without social revolution would be to get access to higher power states for the lords to maintain the current edge.

We could already allow all the house heads to be super saiyans were it not for the societal end. The societal end isn't fixed by 'somewhat better wards' or even on it's own by 'hilariously, infinitely good wards'.

amazingly enough, a society based around hiding from a Big Bad Boogeyman is going to have such problems
 
So, who do we want to interact with? Hansha? The Stauber heir? Cinthia? The Mato heir (with Fenella)? How would we go about it?
