Why should it have a chance of winning? Why should it have a fair shake? You don't need to explain yourself to me. Point in fact, you don't answer to me and, more over, no one in this quest does. So I honestly don't want to sound like a whining asshole. With that in mind, you did ask me a question and I feel it's so that other players in the quest that might have the same impression as me can be reassured when you answer. But I would like to offer PMing you my thoughts on the matter nonetheless.

Otherwise, well, why does anyone write a story or a quest? Simple; to write a great story. But nobody writes outside their comfort zone on a whim and nobody encourages plots their indifferent to. For you to set things so that it had a chance of winning in the first place you MUST have had more then just willingness to write the scene out; A belief that A) It would make for a good story and B) that you would enjoy writing it.

Although, once again, you COULD be forcing yourself to do so to appeal to the beloved fan base. But it's not what seems likely to ME as a person.

...I feel like we're assigning this drastically divorced levels of significance. I saw the write in. I thought for a moment. I realized that I preferred to draw the vote out so it'd have a chance, and that I probably should have been doing this from the start.

Very low-investment decision on my part.

Hah, didn't occur to me that the choices in this vote really weren't that important in the grand scheme of things. Although that sounds accusatory, so if it's alright with you I am just going to shut up now.

I meant that I'm not paid enough to care about how light works in Dragon Ball. I'll treat it like it's about as reliable as watching the anime would imply and ignore any deeper implications from this due to being entirely unqualified to explore them.

...hm...call it halfway? A fair amount of the aura is how quickly she's firing up, but if she keeps it slow she can get about halfway up the slope before something shows.

They're literally writing it right now, so that might be a bit on the nose, yeah.

Well, on that note, what's happened to the Demon Realm here?

Are they still around? They live for a while, so are there any contemporaries of the Z-Fighter era still around?
