Incidentally, may I say how terribly amusing I still find the "Vegeta Vegeta, the Lord Vegeta" thing. Putting his name in mah write-in highlights it for me as a recent thing.

I spent like twenty minutes trying to come up with a witty vegetable pun for his name and then blinked, stared into space, and said, "f*ck it, if you mock it often enough they'll think it's funny instead of stupid."

It worked. :D

And now to run the word count of this post up a touch so that people will notice how the votes are being weighted:

None of them, as no vote weighting applies from any traits. None escalate to violence, and none in particular act with the intent of spiting Lady Vegeta, so no traits apply. That said, "Reconciliation" and "Guilt" will trip the Willpower check (DC 40) from "A Cause" given that it acts in line with Lady Vegeta's interests, insofar as she's profoundly disinterested in being a ball of sobbing trauma and both of those options lead to at least token attempts to reverse it. Which, come to think I really should have put in the update itself. Editing. That said, with all of your bonuses it's not really a difficult Willpower check given the circumstances.

The present leader, "Worry," experiences no such check due to the fact that it's more self-centered in tone; whereas the above two are concerned with Lady Vegeta, "Worry" is more directly concerned with what her reaction says about Kakara specifically, and thus the actions you take from it will be more in line with Kakara hoping to fix a broken part in herself than to help a broken person.

To be totally honest, I'm not sure what we can do to help fix Lady Vegeta.

Though I'm now having my doubts about whether this is a good time to be worrying. Later, perhaps? When we can actually do some self-thinking?

I was writing out a whole thing, but I realize that I'm not good at arguing through the internet.

I don't care about the option and I'm not voting for it for the reason I provided.

Changing my vote, since it seems the best way to get as close to what I would prefer (reconciliation) despite everyone seeming to hate Lady Vegeta a lot more than I do.
Maybe too much psych and counseling background...

EDIT: by which I mean, that I have seen kids be both vastly better and worse than grownups when confronted by trauma. So Kakara can realistically go either way. All we know for sure is that she will not be a dissembler or manipulator, as none of her traits support that at all.

Edit2: If the poster below me is to be believed, I am emptying the vote box to (hopefully) revert my vote to reconciliation.
As I am about to sleep, I will not dounle check the tally personally, and hope that one of my preferred options wins without further effort on my part.

Self-concerned as opposed to Dandeer-centric. Kakara makes a very advanced mental leap for her age and notices a potential bug. She determines that she should self-examine and figure out if something's wrong with her. Not necessarily as selfish as "self-concerned" makes it out to be, but Lady Vegeta is largely incidental to it, and so "A Cause" doesn't come into play.

EDIT: Still trying to find out a way to incorporate the cookies without having them be a, "Yeah, you failed a check, time to donate one," scenario. Maybe just making be something you announce beforehand? Anybody have any thoughts?
