You don't. Thus, we failed. We'd have had to crit it, and even then we could have failed.
As an aside, I noticed when re-reading some of the earlier bits (around the Sealing) that Dad held us (as a Basic Super Saiyan) and Betreal immobile with some ki technique. Is that just Ki Manipulation, or is it an actual technique? If it's a technique, I think we need to prioritize learning it - immobilization without harm is a vital technique for a Pacifist.
Also, have we had any indication that Dad or Grandma (or worse, Yammar) have been working towards Golden Oozaru?

It's superficially similar to Guoldo's ability from the dubbed show - sure, he claimed he was 'freezing time', but we saw it from the outside at one point and Krillin and Gohan were just frozen mid-air - their eyes still tracked movement and people outside the area affected still acted normally.

I don't know if you were serious or joking but that is actually the case. IIRC, when we first started hanging out with the Misfits it was mentioned that it saved us from doing a stress related roll that year and had we chosen not to train Maya the time allocated to the action would have been spent de-stressing.
