...Shit

Is Jaffur gonna be ready for the trick? I'm assuming Kakara will take reasonable action there, but assuming things is probably the greatest source of problems for us

(Sorry if this has been covered already -- haven't been able to follow the discussion too close)
I asked, and Kakara will inform Jaffur and Apra of the power ball prior to using it.

If it works, glorious.

If it doesn't work because Dandeer looks away in time, lame.

If it doesn't work because Dandeer Sealed away her own ability to turn oozaru years ago, reverse double glorious.

I'm pretty sure that taking the square root of a negative number is how you Instant Transmit to the spirit world.

...i just realized this, but does this all mean Goku was actually GOOD AT MATH?
I mean, it took him a full year to learn, but still!

Actually, I think Poptart has spoken about this before. There's the math-heavy way (which is 'easier' to learn, but requires a lot of advanced mathematics to calculate your destination) and the intuitive way. That way isn't really teachable. IIRC (and I may be wrong) people who can intuit their destination basically skip all the math and just know where to be, but use the same technique. So they would start learning IT the same as the calculus-based method, but find they don't need the math.

I expect these people (like Goku was) are infuriating to those who worked hard and learned their integrals to be able to teleport.

So, regardless of whether the Power Ball doesn't work, I think we should use Solar Flare next. If it works, raging Oozaru aren't going to be good at covering their eyes in time. If it fails, well, it's still one of our better options, since it's going to be very difficult for the crowds of raging Oozaru to be ignored by Dandeer's guards, and nothing but a punch to the face distracts like Solar Flare.

Besides, raining on an oozaru's parade with something that messes with their eyes is traditional.

While Kakara reached outward for the Genki-Dama, I feel like Jaffur is going to reach inwards instead.

An attack powered by his everroiling emotions, probably expressed as some sort of melee weapon and/or contained aura to avoid the issues with throwing it (and because it'll likely lose consistency the moment he lets go of it).

So, using his blue-ki tech as a basis, (along with elements of solar flare perhaps?) he'll probably load up his ki with his anger. More than that of course, any shmuck can make an anger based attack. No, I think he'll package some love in with that anger, along with all of his sorrow (which he normally feeds into the anger).

Anyway, he'll feed all of that into the flame, to give himself a grasp that will outshine any offered by the conventional fighter.

Possibly a version of Ultra Instinct that is more like it's zen roots rather than a generic power-up?

His ki thing isn't that it's blue; Kakara's is as well, when she's in her base form. Jaffur's ki thing is that it looks like vaguely-gaseous napalm as opposed to a normal aura.
