Okay I'm fairly certain plans are very premature at this point.
I'm not seeing where Comedize Supply Lines says that it's specifically without vehicles. It's mass supply, it should be in vehicles, it doesn't just appear.Eh, seems kinda the opposite to me. Comedize is all about moving without vehicles through the power of comedy. So like, it feels like the equivalent of researching both flubber and fusion. Granted, they have some unique effects, as comedize is better logistic, but exotic vehicles can do more than move stuff, but still a lot of unneeded duplication.
Probably wait for the interlude for that, no? It'll probably explain what exactly it did, and how Goblin Foxy it turned out to be.Since they're intended to harm intruders are they ouch-y enough to placate Kitsune and allow her to work on a non-confrontive action next turn, or do the traps not count since they're passive and not aimed at anyone in particular?
It might include vehicles, but the gag where a character orders something and a truck immediately pulls up to drop the thing off doesn't require much on the part of the truck, and arguably works better the less plausible the situation is.
Hey. Stop that. Hego's thing is being strong as hell and incredibly difficult to harm Why are you trying to baby the brick of all characters?
He personally has a 72 Intrigue and Owen (if I'm calculating right) is either providing a 61 (a repeated number on these Xanny intrigue checks) or a 45...or he's acquired a trait to the tune of +45 (maybe called "US Government Intelligence Briefing"). So DC 100 intrigue, the thing that the average person on the street would have a very low chance of knowing about? Xanatos knows about well enough he could give a collegiate lecture on, and it would be given with his usual charming and urbane flair. Seriously, underestimate David "All Actions Have Three Outcomes: Success, Success with Consequences, Failure with Benefits" Xanatos at your peril.
I'll bite the bullet and ask. Why? He's been doing that and "good deeds" for a long while already. On Hego, I say we let him clean up Bueno Nacho for a few turns.
Nah, he's been all about the Good Deeds, with zero action on his civilian identity.I'll bite the bullet and ask. Why? He's been doing that and "good deeds" for a long while already.
Fair enough, but you know now that all it does is reduce the DC on a prestiege action that only makes Bueno Nacho edible. A feat, yes, but it lacks practical benefit in the same way other actions do.Nah, he's been all about the Good Deeds, with zero action on his civilian identity.
We've never let him be a manager at Bueno Nacho ever since we hired him. That one typo where MiH thought otherwise, we saw that a low/mediocre roll reduced the DC of Bueno Nacho by 5 if I remember right.
The dimension where the protagonists from Teamo Supremo are in charge? /s
So here's a thought largely unrelated to currently ongoing events:
Doesn't Fireball take place tens of thousands of years into the future? Considering everyone is so sure that Drossel is actually going to be around I'll just assume that's something confirmed either by the GM or background setting information that I didn't read, but like, Drossels appearance was drastically different from her current one a mere 450 years before the original Fireball, is she going to even be recognizable at this point in time?
First of all, staph votin'!
Second of all, I'm pretty sure that the Tempest Domain was snatched from sometime during the Fireball season. Not Charming or Humorous, which are prequels to the original Fireball. Not because we know anything in game, but because that would be simplest for the QM.
You look up to see pitch black tresses hanging down over the face of a- duck?
"Magica De Spell."
Ya'll need to stop being so alarmist about Hego and let him do something. Anything. The dino wrangling and mounties were fun. Put him on One Man's Trash with an enviromental suit and he should be good to go.
And doing Good Deeds does what exactly? I would have agreed with this if we did the Do Good Deeds occasionally, but Every free action Hego has is thrown to Do Good Deeds. I think there was a time where we had him Do Good Deeds either 3 times in a row, or in a relatively short span of (turn) time.Fair enough, but you know now that all it does is reduce the DC on a prestiege action that only makes Bueno Nacho edible. A feat, yes, but it lacks practical benefit in the same way other actions do.
Wouldn't it be funnier if it did though?I'm not seeing where Comedize Supply Lines says that it's specifically without vehicles. It's mass supply, it should be in vehicles, it doesn't just appear.
I'm vaguely worried that the mission will go very well and we'll encounter AUTO who is almost certainly a "Particularly ruthless or pragmatic foe" but still.
I think Continue the Feldrake World Tour is more important. Unless you want to take two quests in one turn? So, a first draft of a potential One Man's Trash expedition, with some basic justifications
A reason not to do it next turn specifically is to wait until the Jan/Feb of next year, ie the turn after next. That way, we can throw people on it and still have them take personal actions because of company retreat, assuming it's a once-per-year thing.Beyond fears of going in blind, what's a reason not to do One Man's Trash? It almost certainly doesn't require an Occult hero for much, leaving Janna free to do our occult action (likely a study auction stuff, or somesuch) and Kitsune to Goblin Fox it up. It could help us get some AI techs, just info on what's going on, and possibly salvage as well.
Assuming this is correct having a backup Martial hero would be a good idea. Wile E could do that, and he has long experience with wastes and technology.
I want Janna available for that, and I want her next turn on occult actions of some sort because Kitsune needs to Goblin Fox.I think Continue the Feldrake World Tour is more important. Unless you want to take two quests in one turn?
Actually, all of the villains were terrible in their source material. We spiffed them up for DoofQuest. The only thing I know about Teamo Supremo is that one of the villains is one of the only therapists on the planet and is extremely good at his job and another one broke into a highly secure facility, stole its contents, sold said contents for shitloads of cash, and rode off into the sunset having made actual goddamn money selling inventions, the ultimate prize of supervillains.
So any world where they are around must be fucking terrifying because they can hold guys like this back.
You have misunderstood what I'm trying to convey. Let me rephrase that. And doing Good Deeds does what exactly? That said, I could make Teamo Supremo very scary...

I'm not encouraging you to do Bueno Nacho OR Good Deeds. They have both been dead ends unless you roll high. Please put him on quests or national actions instead so he can develop more.
