Isn't the Inator that made the Crit Inator so intense one that affects the Inator for the following turn? So it wouldn't affect the inators from the turn upon which the Duplicatinator is activated, but whatever Inator is chosen for the following turn.
Therefore, wouldn't it presumably reduce the intensity of the Crit-inator to affecting just us, and not the entire solar system? Or is that one activated at the strength which it was for the turn upon which it worked?
The latter. Also, the original probabilitor-Inator already affected everyone. The super-inator just made it also affect the RER.

Because this inator fully reproduces the effects of the inators as they were on the turn we got them it would be the super-probability-inator but the others are going to be as they were

we've been over this, its an exact copy of the past 5 inators we got, which means only prob will be supered, and super will hit the next inator after.

[X] Potion of Haste
[X] The Duplicatinator! This inator replicates the effect of the last five inators rolled, all at once!

I was initially leaning toward MirageQuest, but the option of investing in volatility being pointed out swayed me. And the potion of haste could let Technor both do therapy and a national action.

Edit: ...Wait. Will the reused Inators have musical numbers this time?
YES! Very much this, let's make a Probabilinator: The Musical turn!

To anyone who didn't get the reference, it's a callback to Rollercoaster: The Musical, where the cast of P&F replay the first episode of the show but this time it's a musical.

If the Retreat loyalty malus is supposed to go away for next turn, then malf has this bonus for Coven:

With Probabalinator:
4+38-20+3(loyalty)+10(XP) = 35
13% crit fail chance
1.69% crit fail chance with PA

With On-Ice
38-20+3(loyalty)+10(XP) = 31
1% crit fail chance
0.01% crit fail chance with PA

If we go with Probabilinator, I really think we should commit to doing PA on the coven. It makes it only a 1.69% chance of crit fail with probabilinator.

[X] Potion of Haste
[X] The On-Ice-inator! Doofenshmirtz cryogenically freezes himself for two months as a proof of concept. Next turn, Mirage is in charge of DEI! King stats and National Actions will be changed to reflect this!

We have much better chances with Gomez, plus it makes our magic closer to our science

I forget, what were the last five Inators?
  • The Super-Inator! The inator doubles, for better or for worse, the effect of the next Inator roll!
  • The Probabilitor-Inator, doubled! Every success is a critical success. Every failure is a critical failure. Roll 1d20 for the random event roll, and flip a coin. If it's heads, the 1d20 corresponds to 80-100. If it's tails, the 1d20 corresponds to 1-20.
  • In-vest-inator: This machine puts you and everyone in a 3-mile radius in some very unfashionable vests - tightly enough you can't get them off! -5 to Diplomacy rolls for the turn - except for quests, as your fortunate subordinates are out of range!
  • The Deviled-Egg-Inator: One random, non-villainous hero turns mustache-twirlingly evil for the next turn, gaining +5 to rolls on anything they would consider evil and -10 to anything that they consider good.
  • The Rainfoodinator! Giant falling meatballs and sausages crush cars and clog the streets with rotting meat. Take an income hit from the cleanup. Doof's public image is damaged.
They will be replicated as written, none other than the Probabilitor-Inator is being boosted.

So the Super-Inator actived this turn will affect the Inator roll for next turn. I think.
So I detailed all of this here, but for ease of reading I'm gonna repost everything we know about The Duplicator-Inator!

Duplicator-Inator - Our Inator Roll for Sept/Oct 2017 (next turn) will double. Everyone on Earth will either Crit Succeed or Crit fail and our RER is a coin flip between really good and really bad. -5 to all diplo rolls from heroes except for those on Quests. One Random Non-villainous hero turns evil for one turn. And -3 Income and some bad PR.

We currently HAVE 3 Income. But this time we can Invest in Volatility from the crit-inator. In addition, the Coven would pretty much be a guaranteed crit (This will NOT give us three occult actions, but it would probably be pretty good anyway). In addition last time the Crit-Inator hit people NOT on earth like Mewnan hell, and Toffee too (though he was affected in operations on earth). So the Crit-inator may affect Russ, but we don't know for sure.

Here's the other stuff that we know. The crit-inator, despite feelings at the time was mostly Good for us. And a GalFed crit there calling for help basically cut Kat off at the legs. It fucked DOR15, and Doom. It also gave Star an amazing run of events. When people don't know it is coming it is absolutely devastating to them.

Telling Xanatos will probably happen automatically this time. And we're pretty sure he told the feds last time. We don't need to tell Shego this time because we no longer have Hego, so we don't have mandated personals (we still can tell her if we want to though). the ONLY mandated action we have this time is Collaboration with the Imagination institute, which will benefit from the Collaboration bonuses and probably with Government funding.

I would recommend searching for Star as a National on the next turn just in case she gets a crit fail. And maybe looking into the Dreamscape too.

Ah, okidoki. Well, I'm sure good ol' Davy will have another resounding stroke of luck.

@Arathnorn
The McGucket-Attract-Inator:
That mad kook you met who talked about fermenting AI wasn't as mad as you thought he was. Unfortunately he never left a point of contact. So you made this! Based on the Baby-Cry-inator (which was somehow inexplicably also a Giant robot Mom-attract-inator) this machine is Equipped with the finest in Mad Hobo Scientist bait! It has cogs, and flywheels, and bathtub moonshine, and a gold nugget! And just to make extra sure that you're attracting the right hobo? You powered it using a live raccoon!
This Inator Guarantees that you will encounter Old Man McGucket this turn. It does not guarantee how. McGucket will abscond with this machine once the turn ends. Somehow.

Weird thing about the On-Ice-inator it might help with summon demons later.

Miseryville of Jimmy Two-Shoes is a not Hell that has the transition of power occur by tricking the current ruler into the freezer. Hearing about Doof managing to regain power might impress Lucious Heinous VII.

The show is stupid but they're pretty good people to contract out 'assult a rival' to.

[X] Potion of Haste
Single use. The target gains one free Personal Action the turn this is used.
