At least Thailog doesn't seem to have the same mad desire to see the world burn that Demona does. He's an extremely dangerous psychopath, but not an overwhelming immediate threat to all of the everyone the way that Demona was trying to be.

I suppose this is basically a choice of whether we continue to increase relations with Xanatos. Given the way things have been going it seems like a foregone conclusion.

In hindsight it should have been obvious to us that Demona was in someway invested and some sort of genetic or cloning facilities. Makes me wonder what our other enemies might be up to with their own Investments, and how they might factor into their plans.

I sort of forgot to check on SV yesterday so am catching up with the thread now... Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays, by the way.
This whole update was amazing to read; the interactions all worked well but my favourite parts were Tom and Xanatos both showing just a little smugness in regards to Marco and the nickname respectively.

I'm under no delusion that this will win, but I'm still giving it a vote anyway. Mainly because I want Doof to eventually rule everything, a task which will require either defeating or recruiting Xanatos sometime in the far, far future. So I'd like to take advantage of probability breaking to get one up on him. Still, not fussed at all if telling Xanatos wins, given his recent efforts to avert an apocalypse and otherwise be a good neighbor.

Well, it did take us over two months to finished Nov/Dec 2016. True there was quite the big event, but the pace does feel like it's slowed somewhat.
