Doesn't EE just refund cleanly when we overflow Econ? So that we need to take cash crops if we want to reform our cities?

There are some very, very dangerous votes being pushed with no analysis of the stat impact.

Either LL upgrade or NCOs. Both are great.

Come on, people; you know you want to do 4 simultaneous megaprojects. :V

We also can't really take Judge safely if we expect more that 2 cities to come online. We're already at 8/10 Centralization, and 4 cities will drop that down to 8/6. With PSN, we can go down to 6, which will be safe, but if we take Enforce Justice we'll be in danger of overcentralizing.

edit: If you want Stab, vote for the Festival

Boundary Passages seems alright, but it's not amazing or anything and we still have to do the Canal. We also may want to not spend stats for overflow reasons.

[X] [Culture] Begin Classical Law Megaproject in its own action track (-12 Culture)

No brainer.

[X] [Mystic] Begin Great Library Megaproject in its own action track (-12 Mysticism)

Some tempting options here, but going with Great Library seems wise. It's been hinted to get us Hospitals, and it would likely make Libraries better in some way. Hopefully it improves the refunds, so we can spam Academies harder.

Lots of votes, but simple ones. Really enjoyed this update for the world building too.

Boundary Passage is cheap and costs us only two econ. Spending on both great library and classical law and we're in for a world of hurt.

I thought we lost LTE when Econ overflow?
Hmm, if EE refunds... then no matter how much you farm, you'll cap Econ and can't lower EE anyway.

EDIT: Still, it's like 15 EE, while our cities threshold are like 27.

EE only refunds up to our number of city level, so 5. We can burn EE by overflowing a large amount.

Cities need to be below half their EE threshold. So if we want a city to form that has a threshold of 20, we need to hit 10.

By Fythhagyna's bountiful thighs, that's a lot of prestige...

while gift and diplo to bring the hamuri into our sphere, them being in a civil war will mean that this massive financial boost is gonna turn them into proto client state or a one generation puppet.
I admit I do like this idea. Having a more unified front against the next inevitable Highlander fuckery may be useful.
