[X] [PSN] Bit more black soil (Sec Black Soil, -1 Centralization)

Remove the Thunder Speakers and Horse from the map and do the responsible thing and take over their people. If we just only let them fragment, someone else is going to push into the space anyway and become a new problem.
Black Mirror was the tranquil holy spot, I think? Probably the better spot. 0 stab expenditure because stab is so crucial now with the new Legacy and we'll take a small hit from the Refugees anyway.
Northern Trade Post is what we wanted awhile back, we have spare Mercs to station up there now. Let's grab some Amber.
Black soil because just a bit is needed, I also don't want to dip low on Centralization as well.

That's the thing, the last time anything comparable happened it was both in a somewhat different location and well before we had any sort of records she could draw on.

How do you know for all we know had we continued planning to kill the HK we would have been hit by a comet.
How do you know that us going there did Anything at all?
The POV says it does but their Bronze age- Iron age primitives. We DO KNOW that it was based on a roll, so if it was gonna hit us it would regardless of what we did

We need to help as many of the people affected by this as we possibly can.

We need to keep it under control. We're going to have to handle a lot of refugees and take a lot of temporary Econ damage. We need to have as much Centralisation as possible.

Yes, there is some vague talk about it in our origin stories (Not even specifically calling it out as a meteor I think) but nothing that would place it into any sort of context that could be useful. So maybe it was just a blind guess that paid off, that's somewhat possible, but the idea she logically used that prior info to make the deduction doesn't hold up.

We're going to need to do a massive integration of the Txolla to keep the power balance and spread us closer to our new territories.
