We aren't guaranteed that the provinces will only work on the games. They could easily work on both the games and the docks simultaneously.
 
Well I was about to say because I thought that getting the trade good would be worthwhile, but on second thought Docks is probably better, and the "start 2x megaprojects at once" legacy might still be open. (Khemetri may have grabbed it before us sadly)

Poppies is valuable for ensuring that even if we get hit by an unexpected -1 somewhere we still get the stability and in keeping Sacred Forest from popping again, but neither of those are as valuable as another megaproject.

Sticking with Enforce Justice because that'd start up a Golden Age, but Trails is definitely good too.

I calculated that. I'll break it down for you.

Econ: 14+12=26-2(first Grand Docks)-2(second Grand Docks)-1=21-4(Overflow->Wealth)

Grand docks costs 2 econ per action committed. So, point is we have enough to get wealth and get the games done and get the docks half way finished.

I think odds are good that we will get Symphony proccing or something and lose the stability point, but then we have an extra free megaproject action so I can't exactly call it a loss. And I gotta say, two megaprojects like this is impressive enough that supporting it sounds fun.
 
I'm voting for poppys because I like the idea of combat drugs and I really need the to stability for the war, but Why are all you voting for it.

You guys do remember it's opium right? I mean if we desperately trying to get ready for a war next turn I get it but all you peace people have other options. I know we wanted to do a secondary poppys with secondary study health before anything else.
 
Actually, I don't think we need to actively fight the HK.

We could just repeatedly use Terrify to either forcibly vassalize them or cause repeated Stability damage.
 
Immediately after the war is finished, the Ymaryn finished a megaproject.

Everyone go: "Wha? They can fight a war against all of us and have time to finish a megaproject???"

Would it? The Games sucks up 27 stat points and all from ones we have maxed. I think you would have to wait a turn or two at least, which kind of defeats the purpose. We have slightly better uses for that centralization. And also, with just one more road we get a cap increase.

I really need the to stability for the war, but Why are all you voting for it.
That plan still gets us to 11 wealth and thus the +1 Stability via econ->wealth overflow. It's riding on the knife's edge since any random -1 econ or -1 wealth would break it, but it does actually get the bonus.

Doing Enforce Justice would bring us to 3 stability and give us an extra +1 wealth, but trails are totally good to have anyway so I'm not gonna complain.

We don't even know what our cap is, I don't consider raising it to be that important (yet).

Also, we have 2/3 refund on Mysticism and ??? refund on Culture. Econ and Wealth are quickly overflowing. We need to stay at Stability 3 for a full turn whereas we only need to touch 2x max stats.
