I'm a narcissist so…

[x] Plan: I Can't Think of A Clever Plan Name

(plus I do genuinely think it's a good idea, not that the other plans are bad or anything)

After some talk with Hobbit, here's a new take on my plan. I don't want anyone to get their vote switched without knowing, so i'm posting it separately from the original. Anyone who wants to switch should do so.

[X] Plan: All Or...Some.
-[X] Mirage, time for a tactical retreat. Stay in the room, but get as far from the lightning-shooting sociopath as possible.
-[X] Marco, Lizzie, Mez, team up on her. The National Guard is en route, so focus on defense and stopping her from killing anybody, especially Mirage, and if the opportunity provides itself, take her out. Be prepared to cover Hego or fight with him should it be useful. Lethal force is permitted, but only as a last resort. Use your best judgement.

It was pointed out by argidoll that both of these could be bad ideas. Legally Sinatron is Olympia's property.

However, there is something more to consider. Do you think Mirage knows enough about first aid to movie Warren's body safely? Or about about with robotics with Sinatron? How much time will it take for Mirage to move the very heavy loads?

On the one hand, it's probably a bad idea to steal from Olympia.

On the other hand, it'd mean we could go two-for-two on stealing stuff from the faction hosting a Gala we attend, and I just think that's neat. :V

[X] Plan: All Or Nothing At All

Try and get Sinatron and/or Warren Peace('s bodies) out of the splash zone if possible without placing yourself in further danger or causing further harm to either. Not getting killed takes priority, though.

I'll chuck a vote down for the loot goblin variant of the plan.

I like this version more. Doing anything even slightly suspicious with Mirage would attract Edna and if they start to argue in the middle of combat zone it will attract Evelyn attention to them. I wanted for Mirage to help move out generic unconscious supers that Warren knocked out earlier but this is fine too.

Guys, trying to move the bodies is not stealing from Olympia or something suspicious what the hell are you going on about?

I mean seriously how is trying to stop people from being murdered suspicious? It's not like we're dragging them into a DEI brand kidnapping van, just away from the crazy woman shooting lightning everywhere.

Presumably there is like dozen other unconscious supers around. Why go specifically after those that know something? Does Mirage really want to save them, or she want to make sure that they can't speak anymore? We know our actual intentions but Edna don't. Like I said I expect her to hound us all the way through, and attract additional attention to Mirage when we don't need it.

Yes, how suspicious of us to try and evac the most critically injured first.

As much as I hate to admit it, I'm pretty convinced that moving Warren and Sinatron while Evelyn is 20 feet from them is putting the cart before the horse. After? Well, why stop at just two...

[X] Plan: Two for All or all for not
-[X] have Hego, Marco, and lizzie face Evelyn while Mesmerella sets up a hypnotic finisher
-[X] Mirage leads Edna and Winston away from the fray
--[X] after the fight, collaborate with Winston on preparing the area for the national guard: Headcount, PMC first aid, locating people under rubble(maybe moving it if reliving the pressure doesn't make them bleed out, I ain't a doctor), ect.
-[X] Offer to fix sinatron

We should save at least Sinatron, guys.

Sure, there are lots of other injured people strewn about, but with him havign been blown to bits and his memory banks slowly losing powers, his condition is akin to a severly injured human havign gone into a coma and slowly bleeding out from an arm stump - *critical as fuck*, to put it bluntly.

So by snatching his CPU as one of the two corps versed in his "unique biology" (thanks to our cracking the mystery behind AI forming, we arguably are even *more suited* to save him than Olympia themselves), we´d be saving his life in times of grave danger.

Let´s just explain what we are doing and why to Winston so that he may give us his blessing once Evelyn has been dealt with, lob Wendy or *Maybe* Alan (hopefully, the dice can stop shitting him for one turn) at Fix Sinatron next turn and then talk with him about how to proceed next (if he can be convinced to keep mumm about Mirage´s sordid past, whether he wants to jump ship, that sort of thing), ok?

The thing is snatching Sinatron from under Evelyn nose does not improve his chances of surviving since we can't give first aid to the robot. And if we fail intrigue check to retrieve him Evelyn will notice and fry him again for good, so I don't see actual benefit from moving him now if we still intent to ask for Winston permission afterward.

I have already addressed this. We can offer to fix Sinatron after the fact, but Winston would probably be left wondering how we got the schematics for the syndroid when that is proprietary Kronos tech.

Are we currently playing as Wendy Wower? Or even a character who has a modicum of experience with working with AI?

Learning: 11 (Mirage is college educated but never studied the hard sciences.)
Ah right. We aren't. We are more likely to damage Sinatron than help by trying to fiddle with his body parts. Hell, I doubt Mirage has ever seen the blueprints for the syndroids.

Time is of the essence, though - meaning we (or rather *Sinatron*) might not have the time to wait for Olympia to agree. Again, in my idea, we would inform Winston of wanting to do some emergency repairs as the polity arguably most suited for that kind of thing (fiddling around with highly advanced *Sentient/Sapient* androids) and give Sinatron back aftwards unless the bot wants to jump ship.

And you really believe that Olympia or at least Evelyn doesn´t know or at least *suspects* us of having swiped the Doppelgänger tech during a time where Olympia was still Kronos and therefore arguably a different corporation that never got to registering that particular patent before imploding?

That is something which can be hashed out after the battle. Not during the battle. Removing Sinatron's body is more likely to damage it than not because we don't have anyone in this team who understands how robotics works.

Did you read the previous comment of mine?

Evelyn would suspect us of it. Winston wouldn't and I doubt Evelyn would have informed the board either.

It'll be hilarious if we could incorporate Hego into this in some substancial way, but we all missed that out of tunnelvision.
