I'm actually not too enthused by the Crystal Key, for one simple reason:

Notable mention of its fragility is made.

Which, yeah... being surrounded by toons, on top of our own experiences with less than sturdy inators?

I really want the Cookbook because it seems INCREDIBLY multipurpose and FUN. I want the Key because it seems powerful, within its purpose of making dimensional researches easier.

I'm less interested in the key - we'll get dimensional travel one way or another eventually, and I don't think we need it particularly soon.

I may change my vote later to bandwagon on something else that gets some traction.

Getting it and not getting it would both be fine, so why not spread or efforts like this for more benefit?

Xanatos will probably spend 5 for his minor interest. This leaves us with enough points for a strong bid on 2 items next round.
I don't want the key, but 6 points is certainly too much for it. No one else wants it, so we can get it for 5.
 
Pro tip, don't make a plan that has the same point breakdown as an already existing plan that's already been voted on. It'll just split your vote 👍🏽

Look. We're eccentric. And weird. Other people are minmax nerds that do dumb things like "value highly priced items" and "you really think you can win an Encantus with a vote of 12?"

and like. I'll be real with you. Encantus is strong. But I don't care about it. There's no emotional investment. It's just . . . a spellbook. Great.

These are all awesome. And I'd rather have a bunch of eccentric medium strength items than one spellbook that is known to be copied and spread around and everyone and their brother has heard of. Encantus seems sort of like a Flagship/Backbone sort of thing. I kinda like stumbling into the Talismans. Or you know, the scrolls and the cookbook. Those are fun minion-y boosts.

Gonna need to sell me on this Encantus thingamahoozit. Seems good, but is it obscure Pacific Ninjitsu-Hoodu Cookbook good?? or SWOLEST good?
