In a way, I regret remembering that this show existed after seeing it on Disney Channel and for some reason deciding to link it on the DVV Discord, which might have caused it to be watched on a DVV Discord stream by a bunch of people, which most likely lead to the creation of this omake. Butterfly Effect quickly got out of control. Still good omake tho.
To clarify, I binged this series before sharing it in a livestream so I would know what episodes to share with others.

Everyone hated it. MiH would shout at the show whenever they said "7D", saying "STOP TRYING TO MAKE IT A THING!!". It was hilarious.

Mm, but I'd refuse to leave out the chance of success fields or the inline Personal Attention for any plan I wrote, as I consider those to be essential pieces of information to convey in the plan. So if I did things that way, it would come out something like this:
[ ] Plan Eat Your Vegetables
-[] Mongol Boot Camp (Genghis Khan, Doof) [CoS: 77%, 87% w/ XP]
-[] Recruit from your rolodex: Professor Von Drake (Goofy) [CoS: 81%, 91% w/ XP]
-[] Improve administrative efficiency (Wile E. Coyote) [CoS: 71%, 81% w/ XP]
-[] Establish a Formal Spy Network (Mirage, Doof Personal Attention) [CoS: ~54%, ~66% w/ XP]
-[] Form a think tank (Dr. Jumba Jookiba) [CoS: 62%, 72% w/ XP]
-[] Research minor magical artifacts (Janna) [CoS: 61%, 71% w/ XP]
-[] Upgrade your Normbots using the Palladium Chip (L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N.) [CoS: 99%, Crit%: 73%, 93% w/ XP]
-[] Doofenschmirtz Personal
--[] Mongol Boot Camp
--[] Personal Attention (Establish a Formal Spy Network)
-[] Reorganize OWCA (Francis Monogram)
-[] Complete a mission for the government (Agent Russ)
-[] Take down Inquinator (Norm Prime)
-[] Work with Temujin (Dennis the Duck)
-[] Do Good Deeds (Hego)
-[] Psychoanalyze "Bug Queen Lizzie" (Technor)
-[] Go on a vacation (Max)
-[] Prep for college (Vanessa)
-[] Don't overclock Technor
-[] Activate an Inator

And that's a bit visually busy. Which is why I gave Hero assignments their own line in the first place, to make it easier to actually see the hero names instead of glossing over them as they get swallowed up in a wall of text.

Might do something closer to that in the future, might do something closer to how I have it now, but I'll pretty it up a bit either way.

Sure, I can do that.

Yes, that is an excellent example.

I have some issues with this plan, but out of sheer gratitude for finally seeing a legible plan vote in this thread I'm voting for this.

[X] Plan Eat Your Vegetables

I will hereby precommit to always voting for a legible plan in this thread, even if I don't like it. If the choice is between a legible plan I dislike, and an illegible one I'd like if I puzzled it out, I'll take the legible one instead of abstaining. Promise.

If this is because you prefer eat your vegetables as a plan, that's perfectly fair, but if not my plan has also been updated for legibility:

I definitely think we should use this format as often as possible.

So you´d go against your own interest just to have something pretty to look at?

Whatever floats your boat...

The Army-Summon-Inator! You manage to summon a hoard of Mongols that immediately swear fealty to Temujin and join your PMC! The malus that your enemies receive for attacking Doofania has been increased by 1!

Did someone say Mongols on Motorcycles?
can hego even die fighting inquinator can toons even kill in combat more than just damage? Aside from doom. But, doom puts people on dipp row which isn't exactly killing anyone himself.

I mean, I guess theoretically yes? But only if someone were to interrupt it, which doesn't seem terribly likely - most of the real evil in the town works for Doof.

If the issue is that he could be hurt then that's pretty silly, because he could just as easily be hurt going off and doing random heroing.

Say, since we know that the Inquinator is around as well as St. Canard, any idea what happened to Ample Grime (and her estranged older sister Ammonia Pine, for that matter)?

Ample Grime

Nobody loves messes, gunk, and violating etiquette as much as Ample Grime does. It is her specialty and her asset in her function as agent of F.O.W.L.. Because she has a unique level of tolerance for filth, Ample is an ideal addition to the suit-heavy bulk of F.O.W.L.'s personnel. This includes...

Ammonia Pine

Once an Average Jane cleaning lady, Ammonia Pine got herself an upgrade to master criminal cleaning lady. She, along with her sister Ample Grime, is in the employ of F.O.W.L. and ranks as one of the organization's top agents for her mechanical and chemical expertise, her combat skills, and...

Heck, what are F.O.W.L and S.H.U.S.H up to (the latter probably got cut down during the refubishing of St. Canard into Disneys version of Arkham City)?

I noticed the top vote at the moment features establishing a formal spy network. I'm wondering - how are we going to manage that? Russ is really our only good intrigue hero and there are exceedingly few low intrigue actions. Seems like we're looking to a lot of crit failures in the future with 100+ actions.

Hm. Appealing, and under my rules a contender...

But I'm a bit worried about having Hego as the Martial guy for that and doing it alone. I wouldn't mind putting him on "do superheroics" and letting him run into the Inquinator if he likes, but I don't think we should put him in the position of rolling opposed Martial checks against someone with the same score he does even BEFORE animating a giant garbage golem. :(

Out of curiosity, what are your issues with the plan?
Mainly that I don't think we should take Mongolian Boot Camp and a Doof Personal Attention action this turn, because I want Doof to finish reading Grunkle Malifishmertz's spell book before going to Xanatos' magical rummage sale, so that Doof doesn't make a fool of himself makes only the usual level of fool of himself and isn't entirely dependent on a teenage girl and an ancient possessed magical staff for advice.

The thing I LIKE about @QTesseract 's plan is that it has Doof work on the spellbook. The thing I don't like about it is that it puts a Martial mid-ranker on Inquinator-busting when we've got two powerhouses sitting on the sideines. I'd be quite happy with QT's plan if we swapped out, say, Norm Prime and Hego, and then had Hego do "do superheroics" as a personal action, say.

So you´d go against your own interest just to have something pretty to look at?

I'll go against my own interest in winning plan votes, in favor of my greater interest of not having my eyes cross and my brain start yodeling in agony every time I try to read the plans.

Previously I could hardly even participate in plan votes because of the legibility issue.

Mirage plus Doof's personal attention makes it fairly likely that we can get the formal network going. This may provide bonuses or lower DCs. Even if it doesn't, I'd rather try and sometimes fail two hard actions a turn than one hard action, if the DCs aren't utterly insane.

Also, Mirage is actually pretty good at Intrigue; she's just not as good as Russ. And we have at least one more probable Intrigue hero likely to come up soon, namely Mesmerella.

I just had a wonderful idea. In our world we know certain people like Mark Rober turned to YouTube to make educational videos. In this world they might have turned to Buzztube but there could still be people out there waiting to be found. When we create our own platform we could use it as recruiting tool for up and coming scientists, entertainers, and perhaps even spies.

Seems reasonable.

Would we need to change votes or would the plan itself just be edited and already cast votes are still fine?

In the next few turns, it seems like our goals for Doof's personal actions involve finishing the spellbook so we can unlock our occult score before the October event. Additionally, the next two turns (May/June and July/August) will both be summer turns where we could try to Browse online for interesting stories (assuming that is the correct option) for the potential to get Phineas and Ferb.

I think looking at just those two goals, we should abstain from doing a reroll after this turn until they are completed.

The thing is, if we take the Mongolian Boot Camp action and fail (distinctly possible), we lose Doof's Personal Actions for the following turn. Which, if we also don't take the spellbook action this turn, pretty well locks us out of any confidence of finishing the spellbook before October.

So we should either delay the Mongolian Boot Camp and let Doof read the spellbook, or include the Mongolian Boot Camp but not have Doof give personal attention to anything this turn so that he can have the full range of personal actions and spend one on the spellbook this turn.

Another thing we should do ASAP is *Reaching out to Shego so tht we can both better survive Deavors likely attack*.

I already explained why Evelyn will soon go after us and I´d rather not repeat myself again.

PMC didn't provide bonuses or lower DCs on martial actions - it affected quests. As for Mirage, we're getting two stewardship actions next turn. If not her - who will manage those? I'd rather not attempt intrigue actions than consistently risk 70%+ chance of crit fail

[X] Plan Eat Your Vegetables, With Golden Age Hego

Gosh, between the arguments and the sheer volume of things to sort out one each and every voting option block I have 0 energy to actually make an informed choice. At the same time making the choice isn't going to get any easier either...

Bluh. Whatever. I just want to see Hego have a hammy golden age fight against the Iniquinator.

Fair. Then again, competition for that slot will be tight, and hell, sometimes we gain/lose a personal action to an inator.

All I know is, I'm not entirely comfortable with it.
The issue is that Mongol Training failing is always going to be a possibility, the only real way we can make that less likely, other than XP, is by specifically doing things that raise Khans loyalty but even that doesn't make a huge difference especially for an action that has a 76% chance of success even without anybody spending any XP on it
