I think Kakara's entitled to a personal action or two before she addresses the Exiles, but you do have a point there.

Maybe "Brandon Marsden" can be the one to do the rounds and say "My daughter did exactly what she said she would, and we won."

We are not Hickup, so I doubt putting our hand on his nose will work.

I can imagine, for each involved, it was something along the lines of.

Berra: I know she's lying, but the implications of that are... scary cool.

Grandma: By Holy Goku, is my granddaughter a prophet? Either that or truly she is as talented in combat as Goku was.

Yamar: Huh, the child is strong. Good.

Chibi Dragon: Oh just you wait, when I get out of this seal. I WILL be a relevant threat again I sware to GOD. I-I will.

Oh yeah, almost forgot, considering all the hints that Kakara's Protector trait is a major reason she was able to do this, this is an opportunity to spread our mindset a bit. Kakara's whole little narrator speech was entrenched with the inherent value of life and how everything was connected.
 
It's curious that the thread decided that the Eldritch apex solitary predator and murderer of dozens of worlds was redeemable, but didn't even try to patch things up with the desperate domestic abuse victim.
 
I think we might be better off physically going to Jaron's location in that case. As a projection into Jaffur's sealed mind, Dandeer might be able to hurt us since the bulk of our power would be blocked off and we are already weary/weakened.

Actually if we had a chance to seal Dandeer the way we did Dazarel it would be great, she'd be able to get the therapy she desperately needs.

Kakara thinks Dandeer is redeemable too, as judged by her traits. So do I, come down to it. And as much as we bluster and blow in Dandeer's direction - as much as literally almost every update she's been in, Dandeer has done or said something else monstrous - I think, come down to it, most of us would want her redeemed too.

But just because you think someone is redeemable doesn't make it your responsibility to redeem them. No one is obligated to like Dandeer, no one is obligated to help her, no one is obligated to even be rational about their affections towards her.

We'll keep her alive, even after Jaffur escapes the Seal. If she hasn't driven everyone else out of her life at that point, someone else can do the job of hanging out with her until she's maybe not so callous and cruel to everyone who has less power than her.

Might be. She hasn't checked, and unlike multiform or her ki reserves, doing so is neither time-trivial, effort-trivial, nor instinctual. That said, she's tapped out most everywhere else, so she might be here. Prioritizing Jaffur first means Kakara makes all honest efforts towards trying first anyway, including good-faith efforts and willpower pushes.

HA very interesting. We also totally flubbed that Deceit check, or whatever it was, the fallout from whatever incorrect assumptions are being made is going to be fun.

I'm in favor of any of these 3 options really. Visiting the Misfits will both let us check up on Jaron and be a little destress from the fight, but will be awkward as we'll need to explain things. Spending time laying out the ground rules for Dazarel is something we need to get straightened out sooner rather then later. Finally, dealing with the people of Garenhuld is something I would like to see Kakara do, it might give us more leverage in pushing for a peaceful solution with Tamar down the line, and in the wake of our fight when people are still confused is a good time to start building up capital.

As to our mascot friend, I don't think we should lock him down completely but we still need to keep him close while this new situation settles down.

-[X] We'd be more lenient, but we recently had some trouble with saiyans trying to execute prisoners against orders because they wanted to. Until we're sure there aren't any more people like those utter butts, he'll have reduced freedom.
 
I think physically checking up on Jaron is just a little more useful than checking on Jaffur directly, at least in the immediate term.
I also think our friends also deserve a visit, though I doubt they'd be in danger or causing trouble or anything.
I'm almost more worried about Carrick, but I can't quite put my fonger on why.

Until we get a better handle on whatever conspiracy or force is behind the prison event and ballistic weapon systems, Daz is a terrible infohazard.
I wonder if we could get Papata Fren to aid us in reforming him...
