The thing that's been in my head, Re: Anri's parents, is whether she's living with Yuuri's family. She wished to take over her friend's life, after all.
It sounds like Kyuubey was using his The Different Story line here. Wherein the Saints can be blamed for witching out other girls... because they're the ones hunting all the witches and so naturally the other girls witched out.
And, since this update makes it sound like Anri was the driving force behind the development of Evil Nuts, I have to wonder: Did she talk to Hijiri about this?
I mean, she's faced with a girl with all the Saint's Powers combined and saying "hey, we should witch girls out!" certainly would get Hijiri to this she was crazy.
If we're doing crossovers, can we get a fully powered Amaterasu from Ōkami?

Hmmm... lots of ways to get the prisoner secured are here. Not really feeling the Moon expansion, though it is a traditional motif. But I think this is looking at it the wrong way. We need to get a certain level of change in Anri's life. We have a few levers to use. I want a perfect score, if we can get it. But all this is a bit early!
We need to get into Anri's head. That's the way to go after the plan with the best runtime and outcome. And, we get to follow our own pace. Sabrina always likes that, right? Why not be the "crazy detective?" As we actually listen to her, we can then vote on what actions we need to take. We get there by playing Good Cop/Weird Cop, and not in any way acting as the Judge. At least not yet. I'll theorize a bit after the offering of a vote....

The best intent to proceed with is to "grant all the wishes" using our ingenuity. I'm not saying to absolve and forgive Anri. But the world we want has nice rules. Wishes come true around Sabrina. Yuuri wanted to heal her? Check. Wants to be Yuuri? Check. Wants revenge? Check. Wants to be Yuuri's friend again (but maybe as the dominant partner)? Check.
Surprisingly, a functional adult approach can deliver her as an acceptable member of society, and grant all these requests simultaneously. But work is involved. Anri has to do most of the work. Some other people have to get her to do it right.
Are we up for the challenge? The reward is actually significant and useful. We think that there will be a need for enforcers in a nascent Mahou Shoujo culture? Isn't that the sort of raw potential that we are seeing right here in Anri? Surreee, she has weak morals and empathy. Soldiers are like this, that's why proper discipline and leadership is what an armed force is made from.
Anri shows some signs of needing re-parenting. We need her to spend most of her time as a vanilla teenager, learning life basics. We need mundane adults to do this. There is a plan in my head, which I should hold until next vote cycle. The general point being "Kyuubey is the villain. And the best revenge is living well." Her other character defects can be bent around to less harmful expressions with effort.
In the here and now, we NEED Sabrina to intake the information about Anri's crazy, so she can correctly choose the non-lethal options.

Also, it might be important to have

Since that could denote whether Hijiri is witchbombed or not.
Which could be pretty important because if she didn't take it seriously, talked to Kyuubey, and now does... That could be bad.
