Boon request: Build a printing press for K8P and allow us to do limited print runs of books we value whenever we want.

Mathilde versions of Sherlock Holmes penny dreadfuls and The Kazador Diaries, here we come

If we ever get a chance to recover/divide dwarven hell you better believe I will grab it with both hands!

So let's hope it happens when I'm near a table so my phone/computer doesn't hit the floor.
So, we can infer from this that you have two hands, no more and if you are telekenitic, it is insufficient in strength to lift a phone.

It is interesting that the being Omegahugger shares so much with the featherless bipeds known as "hooman"

Further observation warranted - forget a paper, this might be worth a whole book!

I wonder if we can't set up a great libary/sanctuary combo thing - the scantuary would be enough to get the colleges to set up a long term book-copying job, and with enough effort, we should be able to tempt the Temple of Verena in Marienburg to contribute.

Ah, you haven't witnessed the latest discourse from Diogenes, have you? It's quite enlightening. :V
Omegahugger appears to have been known to long dead philosophers. How long lived is this being?

No. I am being close minded. Does this being even experience time as we do?

Does it exist as a series of events in physical space like we do, or is the Omegahugger being just a projection of some other entity that is observed at different points?

How deeply entwined is their story with the mythologies of hoomanity?

Is it even featherless in a real sense, or are we just incapable of perceiving it's feathers?

It reports having but two hands... But is this always the case?

How much nonsense must I write before I get a book deal!?

We really don't. External security is Gotri's job description. We've got our own shit to do.
It's not about security, it's about loot. When I brought up the idea of robbing a mercenary company to get their pay chest - which would've given us more cash than the expedition - I was told that there's way more loot inside Karak Drazh. Spending an action point there would give us an inordinate amount of wealth.

... we don't even need a Boon for that. I'm certain we could wrangle some engineers and ask them to build a printing press for our leisure. (Copying books by scribe makes me antsy just by thinking about it.)

That reminds me of a spell combo I thought of a while back: figure out how to get fine detail with Pall of Darkness, somehow, and then use Burning Shadows on the shadow cast by that, to create a printing plate, or other pseudo-engraved item.

If you're talking about dwarf engineers, I'm not sure that dwarves have printing presses. They seem the type to write books by hand.

I mean, we kinda spend more effort than we should really need to in order to AVOID accumulating more large chunks of wealth, so unless we've got a thing we can spend it into immediately, I have no idea why we would.

They didn't help Van Hal, so that's one mark against them. And until we use it to bring Abel back, them being responsible for developing necromancy doesn't count yet!

They hate vampires.

And vampires killed Van hal.

The Tomb kings did nothing wrong.

Also if we ask really nicely and get a bunch of tomb king favor they would be willing to stick his soul in a body of immortal stone instead of weak squishy flesh.

Alright, if the printing press is a real, legitimate thing at this point in Warhammer History, then we need one here. I don't care if we're paying it out of our own pocket, we need a printing press.

The Titivillus is real.
Thank you, I'll remember to blame that one in whatever I do.
