Waystone actions:
Touching base with the situation in Laurelorn is a good idea. We need to know who the big players and their factions are, because I doubt that they are a monolith block and I suspect many won't be happy to see us.
Getting in contact with the Cult of Thungni is also high on the list; doesn't matter if it's Kragg, Thorek or generic runesmith #83. I personally favour Thorek because I suspect he's more able to recommend a suitible candidate.
Jades and Amber's I'm happy to leave a turn before we talk to them, we got Egrimm, Max and Johann because of prior conections, because I want some groundwork done before we call in with the other colleges. Then again, a meeting with the Amber's is probably a meeting with Dragomas, and that'll be cool to read, especially since we know he's in support of the project and he already likes us. Maybe Amber's this turn, Jades next, possibly after Pan becomes a magister? We don't have to wait for that, but it feels right to me.
Talking with the Cult of Ulric is... something that can also be left for later turns, but I wouldn't mind if it happened this turn either.
Hedgewise is a high priority—if we get them onboard early enough, people will have a hard time objecting to their inclusion. There are two hedgewise groups, I think? A Ranald worshipping group with beef with the Ulricans, and another group that worships the Hedgewise goddess (forgot her name).
Find a waystone. This is pretty important. Shouldn't be too hard. Might have to kill a few beastmen first. Hopefully it's not in Nordland because that would be twelve levels of uncomfortable.
Personal actions:
I suspect windherder and rite of way are going to be top of the list. I'd like to do some Apparitions stuff and maybe some AV stuff?
