That's just how she thinks about her enemies. Remember that the first post featuring her in the quest involved her getting a supposed close ally, who was really an enemy, taken away for likely execution by dwarfs. And that had nothing to do with Chaos, just profits and someone she considered a friend. There are a great many people that Sabine has had killed, punished, tortured, or otherwise mistreated in her life before and after marrying into the Hohenzollerns. It is just that the latter portion of her life has expanded targets to beastmen/Chaos/bandits/etc. She's calculating, brutal, and expansive in her options. Such things have included:
Local Wulfenburg Brothel Owner, mistreating the prostitutes personally, and professionally by forcing them out rather than finding medical attention, and overcharging and maintaining low hygienic standards as according to Shallya <- Castration, feathering+tarring, beaten to death by prostitutes now working under the Velvetessa Guild.
Minor Wulfenburg Land Owner, relatively wealthy merchant, overcharging on rents, not maintaining properties and letting them fall into ruin, spat on (literally) Sabine's agents who approached for potential purchasing negotiations. <- Sabotage of a warehouse containing goods of merchant and conglomerate allies, burning down of emptied communal housing location (inhabitants bribed to leave and take up residence in Nassau-held housing elsewhere) and poisoning of meal when attempting to purchase discreet loan from Marienburg-connected agents in exchange for informing on Wulfenburg mercantile businesses.
Entire Salkalten Gang known as the Red Fins who beat and stole from a Nassau-backed trading venture's crew, some of whom died from injuries <- Paid extensive rates for purely live capture, dragged back down to Wulfenburg, given heated bucket+rat treatment/hanging/iron maiden/forced poison ingestion/starvation/buried alive
And so on.

She has the trait Ruthless for a reason. Just saying. She's upgraded to personally beating some people to death, fighting alongside Magnus out on the battlefield, etc., but she never needed a sword in hand to ensure someone's death. Or several someone's.

Mmm, it's not about musical 'preferences', per say. It's more like songs appropriate to their person, their lives, their personalities. Like, there's a reason that you can have I Don't Wanna Stop and also Hurt in the same list, and it's not because these are necessarily songs that they would be bobbing a head to. It's because sometimes the former can describe Frederick as he goes into a fight, or barrels through some proceedings or whatever, and the latter can describe the cold nights when he thinks about what's been lost, the pains, the aches, the death of children, etc. Dhaakal is a song from the Dangal movie, which is about the first Indian women Gold Medalist wrestlers, and fits well with Agatha and Alisa's time in Ind, the training they undertook there, and so on.

Tbh, vindictive would probably be a better description rather than ruthless considering those executions. Being ruthless requires a sense of… I don't know, a sense of detachment and lack of empathy towards your problems and that's just not present with the executions Sabine's had done. They're very personalized and cruel, which wouldn't really be happening if all Sabine cared about was just making money as quickly and in as large amounts as possible.
It feels more like that Sabine got offended by those people violating her standards/people/businesses/stuff and went out to get revenge.
Mmm, that's fair, but then again those were just pulling from a vast array of 'things she's done'. She's definitely done the detached lack of empathy stuff before, and has now, that's how she bought out, pushed out, or otherwise removed the various fighting pit organizations throughout Ostland to form the IFL. Sorta like how the various independent wrestling circuits just steadily got stomped by the growing WWE. And various other business ventures.
But yeah, I won't deny that she's got Vindictive sprinkled into her Ruthless, that's true. But not to the point of overwhelming the latter. She can't let herself get bogged down in getting too personal over every individual 'unfortunate situation'.

The still, cold world fits better, in my opinion. Sounds a bit mechanical too, thought not enough. I am having hard time finding songs that are both bleak and sound like industry.

On one had Frederick shouldln't know that what priests do is magic. On the other and such "blasphemous" thoughts are fitting for a man who has a piety score of thee at this time.
Would be better as "much less the Order"

As noted above Frederick shouldn't know that they're spells. Still, Freddy does have Piety score of 3 at this time.
All should either be "chaos" or "Realm of Chaos". Warp is the 40k term.
