Honestly, I wouldn't mind seeing Sulu be Admiral for just a few years (according to @OneirosTheWriter 's official timeline, Sousa was in office for, what, 3-4 years?), then see ch'Tharvasse in the job. Chen's young enough she'd still probably be younger than Kahuragi upon ascending to the office.
Still miles better than the TNG uniforms.
Not even other Vulcans can stand her.

This is the most christmas-like I think its been. You get a new ship, and you get a new ship, everyone gets a new ship!
I mean you have an Andorian Excelsior and a Rigellian Megatortoise coming out of the oven, Stingers, Destroyers, Science cruisers, all manner of goodies, and that's not even getting into all the cool stuff the bad guys are getting!
I almost wish the Dominion would show up. They'd see the Feds, Cardies, Romulans, & Klingons shipyards pouring out new ships and just Nope the fuck back over to their side of the galaxy.

I'll grant that for Season 1 and 2 TNG but by the time Season 3 rolls around and the collars get on, no sir.

Huh... aparantly Photoshopping the TOS crew into the uniforms makes them look decent.

Yeah, later-season TNG uniforms were decent. My personal tastes find the ST2-6 uniforms slightly the best, followed closely by First Contact-onward uniforms. But S3-onward TNG isn't too bad.

Making progress on my LOGH-expies omake, though I feel a bit bad raising even the shadow of the possibility that Starfleet might someday have to face a Yang Wenli equivalent in battle.
For those not familiar with the series his nickname is "the Magician" and his TBG special ability would probably be something along the lines of, "Run the combat engine three times and pick the best result (for you)."

I feel Oneiros might want to ditch having such a write-in heavy mechanic. Sousa deals were definitely a mixed bag, imagine if you didn't have to consider the structure of the Council in one, it would be even more difficult.
