Looks like the winners are:
[TLOREL] Director of Operations, Starfleet Explorer Command, +2 pp/year
[EATON] Director, Starfleet Data Modelling, Ship Design Bureau, +1 to Sensor Research
[COM] Rear Admiral Hikaru Sulu
USS Courageous: Ajam
USS Miracht: Thuir
USS Sarek: Straak

I don't know why we always got to be putting the Vulcan captain on the Sarek, but whatever.

By the way, this is a promotion for Sulu. His actual rank is not any higher, but now he reports direct to Admiral Kahurangi rather than reporting to Vice Admiral Eriksson. Shorter org chart = more important.

Hey, I have all kinds of safety techs available! I've even got Site Safety Guys in the Shipyard Ops org chart D:<

Thank you, Briefvoice! Time to update some pages!

Will be a delay on next post, have to fetch car from the repairers.

Something would be very wrong if Starfleet didn't have a safety and health department. :V

Because I'm salty, I'm not going bother finding out the special abilities of the two captains other than Nash and Ajam. And I'm betting I won't ever need to know either.

Well, of course you don't. Oneiros has been keeping all the (non-combat) rolls behind a screen for a while now. Remember when T'lorel almost got into a sing-off duel with that race she had First Contact with, only to swap out last minute? Wanna bet that was her special ability proc-ing a re-roll?

...Not that you care or anything. Just saying...

Truthfully, I can't even tell if we've ever failed a mission. It seems against the odds that we never have, but then which ones were failures?

Was the explosion on the Cheron a failure, or was it an event and its rescue a success? Was the time the Courageous got taken over by energy beings a failure followed by a successful roll to salvage the situation? If we have been failing, it seems that even failures generate resources so it's hard to tell.

I think it's more a level of graduated success, with few outright failures. Like when we met the Dawiar, a bunch of their ships flew into our shields and we spent most of the first contact recovering from that. With better rolls, we probably would have started out higher than 15/100. Although I suppose it could have gone worse and started a war, so it wasn't all bad.
