Okay, omake rewards! Round 2!
Each of you get to pick one

@Nix - for the mapping and ship list efforts:
* Better Maps - Gain a fleet-wide once per year re-roll to Mapping Missions
* Pathfinder - Cost of founding mining colonies reduced by -2 pp permanently

@Katsuragi
* Advertising - When it comes time to appoint a new Intel head, there will be a 4th candidate...
(Sorry, I know it's not much of a reward, but I honestly couldn't think of anything )

@AKuz
* Lessons Learned - Gain +10 progress towards Escape Pod I and Warp Core Ejection I techs
* Hard-won Experience - +2 EXP to each Ship Design Team

The EXP to Ship design teams that's Utoptia Planetia, Eridiani A yards, and San Fran yards?

So uh, what exactly do we need to include in the Fleet writein vote?

It's basically like Aledeath has.
If you look at Current Fleet Status (Sci-Fi - To Boldly Go... (a Starfleet quest)) you'll see the six systems and where the ships are currently allocated, and how many ships you have.

Kind of like tonnage and foreign stations with Rule the Waves, your ships have a "Defence" value, and your systems have a minimum Defence they need to keep the locals happy. Assign ships to fill them out.

Let's take [X] Hard Won Experience then!

Okay, applied now!

And I totally forgot to count Starbases in my plan. Yay wiggle room? :V

[X] Plan Return Home
-[X][Fleet]
RBZ: Excelsior (ex, 5), Challorn (cl, 3), Yukikaze (cr, 2), T'Mir (ob, 1), Bon Vivant(? Sol Miranda 1, 2), Sol Miranda 2 (2), Vulcan Miranda 2 (2), Svai (mr, after repairs, 2) (D 16 now, 18 after repairs)
KBZ: Kumari (ex, after repairs, 5), Kearsage (cl, 3), Lion (mr, 2), KBZ Miranda 2 (2), return previously assigned Soyuz (1) (D 8 now, 13 after repairs)
Sol: Oberth 1 (1), Polaris (cl, 3), Stallwart (cl, 3), Sol Soyuz (1), Sol Miranda 3 (2), Sol Miranda 4 (2), Starbase 1 (5) (D 17)
Andor: Docana (cl, 3), Eketha (? Andor Miranda, 2), return previously assigned Soyuz (1), Starbase 3 (5) (D 11)
Tellar: Oberth 2 (1), return previously assigned Constellation (3), Tellar Miranda (2), Tellar Soyuz (1), Starbase 4 (5) (D 12)
Vulcan: Cheron (cn, 4), Vulcan Constellation (3), T'Kumba (mr, 2), Vokau (sz, 1), Starbase 2 (5) (D 15)
ex Excelsior, cn Constitution, cl Constellation, cr Centaur, mr Miranda, sz Soyuz, ob Oberth

Goals: Every sector should have a ship with good science [Edit: except Andor for now so the T'Mir can stay in the RBZ], ships should return to their previous sectors if possible, lots of escorts for RBZ to patrol. Might edit if I missed a ship or something.

I think the T'Mir should hang around the RBZ for a bit until we are sure the Inflictor is gone

Not sure about the rest...

[X][RIHANNSU] Dare all, and attempt to befriend the Romulans.

I think we will literally never get a better time to try and pull this off.

We shall have Ka'Sharren in the Enterprise beat the Romulan Admiral in his Heavy Warbird then.

Befriending!

:V

Do people disagree with my fleet plan or is it badly formatted/presented?

No, I just added it to my old vote. As I say there you generally seem to have your head on straight and I just smile blankly and nod when you push the little ships around on the map.

Okay, some Housekeeping and information!

First: Kind of an odd one, but I'm updating my Handy-Dandy Starfleet org chart, and was considering marking in the Utopia Planitia Shipyard's director as a fourth Vice-Admiral billet, and an appointable position.

Second: Also, I've been considering the Starfleet Academy position. At this stage, the Academy policy doesn't seem to be something that needs to be tinkered with often. I'm going to mark it in as a once-per-four-years poilcy meeting, starting 2305.Q4 (end of next year).

Third: Taking on board some of the advice from after the crisis turns. For the Research Turns, from here on out you will be voting only on changing tech team assignments/acivations. Unless voted on otherwise, all tech teams that were active the previous year will be considered active the next year in the same fields. This should make things shorter and simpler to vote on.

Hey can you put map to the first page if it is canon? For the ease of access a link might do us some good if we ever want to check it.

Also the exploration update comes in chunks right, pov constantly changing, It kinda thews me off while reading am I the only one?

Like can you post Enterprise bits first Like Enterprise Enterprise/ Sarek, Sarek rather than going Enterprise/ Sarek,/Enterprise/ Sarek...

I've added it to the Current Fleet Status page, and also grouped up all the threadmarks under the index. All the quest status posts, including research, are now in the top group.

Ehhhhhh, I'd want to have the same comment from more people before I change that.

I think chronological order like now is better. It does take a little bit to get used to, but it's more interesting to read this way and works much better when the story lines intersect as they often do. If it were ordered by ship you'd have to work out in what chronological order events happen which would be much more difficult and annoying than figuring out what ship a particular entry belongs to (just having become used to checking, basically).
