Put Madoka in Box. Box safe. Therefore, Madoka safe. Safe is Madoka. A Madoka Safe.

I haven't slept in 2 days.

Since Kyubey's position is unknowable 'till observed, the chance that Kyubey is in that box is 50%. It is thus that putting Madoka in a box has a 50% of her being contracted. We then get a Schrodinger's Madoka wherein Madoka is in a superposition of being both contracted and not contracted until observed.

I think Shiny Madoka would have similar coloration to other pokemon that are pink or have pink colors, so she would probably get Green as a secondary coloration like Clefairy, Chansey, Jigglypuff, or Mr.Mime.

This assumes that Madoka follows early generation algorithmic shiny rules instead of being individually crafted.

Not very powerful overall but incredible cosmic powers under very specific circumstances? Sounds like a later generation mythical to me.

I further propose that she is a forced shiny and no one has ever seen non shiny Madoka.

Of course, with the defensive bias Homura's magic has, I'd expect her version specifically to handle that sort of thing better than most.

That is one interesting angle to consider, especially since the nomer here is not defense, but protection and you can protect people from all manner of things.

Protection from aging? Eternal Youth. Protection from disease? Never get sick again. It really is just a matter of conceptualization by the way magic works *here*.

Now I wonder if protection from magic is in the books with that. If Homura can do that, the sky is the limit.

Which raises the question: "What does a shiny Madoka look like?"

I'd argue regular Madoka is shiny as a standard value. That is Madoka is the rare version of her peers. Evidence can be found in the opening that shows Madoka uniquely grows more adorable as time progresses.

Hey everyone, I've just registered recently to be able to vote on this quest (when it updates ofc). I've read it all in a few days and loved it. Here now I'm anxiously waiting for the upcoming update.

Uhm... Where did that song came from?
... It doesn't rhyme.

So heads up but I probably won't be commissioning any more art for quite a while. It's not because of what you are probably thinking; it's because I haven't been able to get a hold of Lutzsan for six months now.

If I can get a hold of him expect more art otherwise... I dunno. Part of the reason I commissioned so much art was to have a consistent style for the OCs everyone could point to as a reference. There was mostly only canon characters left at this point that were actually important that don't have art. I think all OCs of our actual group have art now.

Clearly, someone should rewrite this to the tune of Still Alive.
