[X] Tell them about your de-Witching efforts (in privacy)
-[X] Explain that the project is still in its infancy, but you are aware that efforts in that direction always go awry, and why, and you're taking precautions.
[X] Group meeting with the Animators and Shiogama girls
-[X] Make polite introductions.
--[X] in stage whisper, ask the Shiogama girls not to tell the Animators that you call them Animators.
-[X] Miss Ono wanted to talk with you about something?

I'll note here that The Animators already know we call them that. We discussed the name with them over telepathy.

Yes, I know.
Which doesn't really prevent us from asking other people not to tell them anyway, does it? :V

It's more or less a humorous formal introduction of their team name to Shiogama girls and I also absolutely want to watch Ono's reaction.

Except that Kyouko's magic flat-out allows her to make Naruto-style physical clones.
Eh, they are either solid objects made out of magic, Naruto-style, or a case of "your mind makes it real". Either way, I don't see a contradiction.
It's the "your mind makes it real" type. Illusions so convincing that reality bends backward a bit. In practice, I suppose it's not that different from the shadow clone jutsu.

Imagine the horror of what would happen if they believed us and did the same thing, huh?

Are you ready for another braindamaged teenager plopping out in an ontologically lower world, guided only by the inscrutable will of Meguca shitposters?

Can you take on so much responsibility? So much recursion?

:V
Or we can just post it as a "loosely based on a true story" self-insert fic instead of a quest.

Turn this into a pretentious Latin motto. :V

What's your take on Incubator possibly taking on the nickname of Incubus in the Middle Ages?
That evokes the image of Kyubey sitting impassively over "sleeping witches", feasting on their suffering and waiting for them to awaken. Which is strikingly accurate.

I think it's very likely, certainly fits with demonic seduction via power angle.
Incidentally, Isabeau praised Cube's SPEECH: 100 by comparing him to an incubus.

(always Latin with pmmm huh)
Not always Latin, no. German is more common in Madoka Magica and French is more common in Tart Magica.

I guess we'll just have to wait for HL3 to come out.

Sabrina freezes mid-sentence, trailing off.

Sayaka cautiously calls out:

"Eh... what happened, Sabrina?"

Sabrina turns her head and stares at Sayaka, her eyes hooded:

"The Chapter is over and I have no more Half-Life levels to name them with."

"What."

Sabrina turns back and says:

"Homura, I'm sorry, but I have to shelve the Walpurgisnacht project until Half-Life 3 comes out."

Homura jerks, then nods slowly:

"I understand."

Slowly, oh so slowly, her hand creeps towards the clock on the shield... and grabs a gun.

A loud click of the gun's safety being taken off.

"You need motivation."

Sabrina gulped.

Sabrina's new goal: to keep Meguca alive long enough to play HL:A.

Unless someone wished for for Valve to stop being so slow, in which case I'm extremely jealous.

"Hm? Half Life Three?" Sayaka frowns, scratching her hair. "It sounds familiar..."

"It's a classic, isn't it?" Madoka asks, brightening.

"Ah, right!" Sayaka says, snapping her fingers. "But it's like a decade and a half old now, I don't know if you can still get copies... are you ok, Sabrina?"

I don't care if it's not an update: You can't convince me that this is not PMAS canon now.

I'm still waiting for the "Forget About Vee" chapter, you know.

Hmm... Given that @aquagon has posted in this thread, I think we can add several languages to the list of languages Sabrina knows. Namely, he has translated songs with lyrics written in:
  • Central Standard Note Hymmnos
  • New Testament of Pastalie Hymmnos
  • Carmena Foreluna
  • Ar Ciela
  • Keihansoukaishi/Emotional Song Pact
  • REON-4213
Of course, Brina won't be able to properly pronounce Ar Ciela with her human vocal cords, but neither would anyone that was listening be able to properly hear the full version.

You forget that Sabrina makes grief music instruments on a whim, like she'd be limited to her mere human vocal cords.

I haven't seen any illustrations of the OC Megucas other than Sabrina and I was having trouble visualizing some of them, so I doodled Tsuruya Yuki based upon her introductory description.

Also, I was wondering; in our world, Emperor Showa only died in 1989 and has like two dozen descendants. Couldn't Toshimichi Akane's claim of being descended from him be easily verified? If it can or can't be, then that would provide some insight into her.

A bunch of branch family members were forcibly stripped of rank and status by the American occupational treaties after WW2, IIRC. Presumably, some of them faded into obscurity in this timeline. Wish Magic may or may not have been involved.

There's also that rule about Imperial Princesses losing their status on marrying someone not from the Imperial dynasty, from 1947, I think?

What I mean is, she could be related to the Emperor, but in such a way that her relation is outside the current Imperial dynasty, so it doesn't bring legitimacy and stuff.

Aside from being a Magical Princess, as is the staple of Mahou Shoujo genre, of course.
