Man, she's rude. She's probably the rudest and most impatient person we've met so far. I can sorta understand it, if you've been looking for someone that can do what Sabrina can for years, but still. She can probably see the weirdness of Sabrina's soul the same way Kyuubey saw her potential at the very start of the quest.

Ok I want to be straight with her. She does not want a wishy washy "I don't know" response and giving her one will put our relationship at a bad start and we damn well might need her skills for dewitching and a whole host of other projects.
We need to be direct, giving us our best hypothesis with supporting evidence within some reasonable limits (don't mention Homura's power, Madoka or anything about us being a witch maybe).
To that end:

I'm pretty sure Riona can see our soul. Recall this comment by Kyubey from the beginning of the quest:
I can't find the quote right now, but he later explains that it seems like our soul didn't seem to match our age/experiences.
We have to be careful about how we answer Riona, because she'll probably be able to cut through any weasel answer we might give. Heck, she might be able to determine more about where we come from than we know ourselves!

Dude, she survived life or death battles atleast once every week. Even if at first it was luck that doesn't change the fact it had to turn into skill sooner or later, or she would have bitten off more than she could chew as soon as that luck ran out. And yes definitely showing that she could have died at any moment in any of those fight and how she survived every single one of them really proves how she doesn't deserve to be legendary.

I'd advise being highly cautious of even disclosing that we think we were made by a Wish, at this point. We haven't seen enough of Riona to know we can trust her, and the Wish theory could paint a target on Madoka's back.

I'll mention that being direct with her and giving her the basis of our hypothesis might also prompt her to be direct with us and tell us exactly what she sees in our soul, allowing us to improve our own understanding.

I feel as though if we pursue that path she'll never be trustworthy because we are in a make it or break it situation right now where our actions may determine the future course of our relationship and if we tell her to fuck off and remain ignorant and to work with us without having the slightest clue what we are - that won't set us up as allies.

I guess we kind of need to figure out what does Riona wants? We probably can just ask her, too.
Does she want to figure out her own way to cleanse Soul Gems? Just to cleanse herself? To spread cleansing? Does she want infinite magic? For what reason? Power? De-witching?
I think this is something we need to ask before agreeing to answer what she wants to know.

This girl does not have much tolerance for bs. Merely taking the time to generate the privacy bracelets (which I think is necessary) will strain things.
Once we've answered her basic "what our you" question (actually answered, with supporting evidence) we'll be on more reasonable ground to ask about her and what she wants before revealing our clear seed-dewitching project and the full scope of our ambitions.

Well, first of all, it seems reasonable to think she can affect the souls of others to some extent. She can probably kill people at a distance if given sufficent time to meddle, where "sufficient" might be minutes, or fractions of a second.
Sabrina's soul is "strange". It's hard to guess if this makes us resistant to Rionna's power, vulnerable to it, or some combination. If the telepathy is a soul effect of some kind, as seems likely, then it seems we aren't immune.
This "strangeness" is extremely likely to be tied to Sabrina's origins, which I'd like to emphasize we aren't certain of. Being the result of Madoka's wish is very likely, but not confirmed, and the WPN and UKG theories are purely speculative at this point.
Sabrina's power is not specialized at reading souls, but is still sufficient to pick out potentials. With Riona's far more specialized magic, it seems nearly certain that she's already noticed Madoka's absurd potential - especially if her range is sufficient to reach Mami's residence from the airport, as evidence suggests.
Rionna seems extremely direct. It could conceivably be an act, but I doubt it. As such, I don't think that she's likely to maneuver politically against us. At worst, she'll call in allies that owe her favors, but it would still be as a blunt attack.
She claims to have been looking for someone that can do what we can for an extended period. She can't do it herself. That implies opposition to QB, and if she was the kind of skilled operator that wanted to imply she was against him while actually working with him, she'd have taken a less aggrivating track.
So it seems clear we can take her at face value, and that the treat she poses is limited to the direct usage of her ability to kill or otherwise harm us or our allies.

As long as it isn't with Akemi and Noriko, everything is well.
No need to focus in how powerful was the Wish (or the wisher) as it may paint a target in Madoka. Better to focus on why we believe we are the result of a wish: amnesia (except that amnesia doesn't work that way), odd soul/weird potential. I'm not sure if we should share about our previous knowledge about magical girls and Kyubey, but we definitely shouldn't share our preexisting knowledge about other people.
