As I commented right after the update, I'd prefer something more modest and in line with discworld DEATH talking about lies.
I dunno. I'd worry about it coming off as condescending or "I told you". Plus we do need to thank her for believing in us.
Hmm. Maybe include something like:
I knew there was something I was missing. Thanks.
It's not really, though. Being famous is a means to the end of helping everyone.
True.

Should we let Nadia know that we think we can be anywhere on the planet in a few hours, in case she needs to call on us for aid?

[] Tell Nadia that that's the plan, and thank her for believing and helping you. You will fix this.
-[] Friendly goodbye. Good luck, and keep in touch!

[] On the flight over, warn Sayaka that you're... not on such good terms with this group. Quick recap and explanation.

[] Go to the Sendai Group
-[] Cleanse, refresh their Grief Seeds.
-[] Offer a Clear Seed. Usual conditions, warnings, and instructions.
--[] Subtly(?) express a hope that, if everybody has one, nobody will have to fight any more.
-[] Ask about Akiko. If she's still having trouble, ask if you can see her. Show her the Clear Seed, and express your hope for a better future.

How about:

[] Tell Nadia that you aren't mad. You are just coming at this as a disaster in need of relief, rather than business as usual.

EDIT: Mind you, siphoning with QB takes a fair amount of time, recommend scheduling it for after our social visitation tour is over - but soon after since we're going to have uncomfortable amounts of grief from three clear seeds.
We could probably get our hands on some air tight tanks to hold it in. After that it's just a matter of pumping it into the bunnycat.

-[] Friendly goodbye. Good luck, and keep in touch!
Nadia hasn't really said she's going yet?
Not softly enough, it turns out. Nadia belts out a loud laugh. "I said it earlier, but you are mad, Sabrina," she says.

"I must be. Or I wouldn't have come here," you agree, smirking. "Anything in particular?"

"You are giving away your Clear Seeds," Nadia says. "They are probably the most valuable things in the world right now, fimti?"

"Eh," you say. "I want to help people. And I told you as much, didn't I?"

"It is a different thing to see it," she says, and grins. "I will carry word of you, as far as I go. You will be famous."
"I will carry word of you, as far as I go. You will be famous."
This doesn't necessarily mean she's leaving. Also, we picked her up at Mitakihara, we should offer to leave her back at the same place before saying goodbyes.

-[] Ask about Akiko. If she's still having trouble, ask if you can see her. Show her the Clear Seed, and express your hope for a better future.
Also would like to hear a lot more about Akiko before deciding to see her or not. For all we know, merely seeing our face might trigger her.

We need to acknowledge the compliment, and sound honestly humble about it while still sounding confident that we can go further. I don't believe that's disagreeable to any of you?

In that case, I'll throw my socially retarded hat into the ring, because fuck it.

[] Thank Nadia, but we're not half done with everything we want to get done yet. We've got a lot of big plans, so we really appreciate the support from someone like her.

That reads to me as having all the humility of Tony Stark. Not a bad thing, certainly, I'd vote for it, but it doesn't sound like that's the effect you were going for.

Hey, I said I was socially retarded...

Although you're right. Tony Stark does describe our mindset pretty well. "Egotistical, Presumptuous, fundamentally good and honestly helpful, and probably drunk at the time."

Gaseous Grief is corrosive, and any tanks we put it in will soon stop being air-tight. Also, we can easily insert Grief into the coobie ourselves.
The idea of it was that we could do this to save time. We could just do it manually, but i thought that we had a time limit or something that meant that we could use the option. Just, make the tank, throw the Grief in there, throw the bunnycat in there (or make a pipe or something if you want to be boring) seal the whole thing up, and walk off. Worst comes to worst we can leave a Clear Seed in the same room as the tank to catch any leaking, and if it really needs to last we can probably make a enchantment to help it with that.

Why would it be faster to shove Grief into the small hole of the tank valve than to put it directly into the larger aperture of QB's back? :???:

Something to note is that even once we contact Rin, we don't want to show up too fast. The implication would be that we showed up in their city and didn't feel the need to tell them or give them any warning.

Luckily, this dovetails nicely with my desire to not show up carrying three clear seeds worth of grief - i.e. half again as much as we had when we pulled out all our grief for combat use last time we destroyed them.

So I'm thinking we call Rin, then tell Mami we need to reduce our grief load, and call up QB. Sayaka can chat and mess around with her new toys under Mami's eye while we feed the QB, and then we can finish our tour. Any thoughts?

[Q] We're not insane. We're eccentric.
[ ] Thank Nadia.
-[ ] Realization. Ask if Nadia knows Kato Setsuko.

Because really. If any random meguca could know, it's Nadia.

[ ] Step away from the group for a bit and call Kyuubey to get rid of most of your Grief. Call Rin ahead while you're at it.
-[Q] Joke about not meeting on cafe rooftops and about Grief awnings.
[ ] Warn Sayaka and Nadia that this group's not gonna be as friendly as the previous ones.

[ ] Greetings, Grief cleansing, ask how everyone is doing, including Akiko.
[ ] Offer a Clear Seed with the standard warnings, and break back to voting after getting information on Akiko's well being.
[Q] Comment how ironic it is that Akiko broke down just a few days before you started spreading these Infinite Seeds around.

I want to know how she's doing before deciding whether it's safe to poke our nose in this matter. >_>

[] Tell Nadia that that's the plan, and thank her for believing and helping you. You will fix this.

[] Call Rin and give a heads-up.

[] Offload a chunk of grief to Kyubey. Not all, but you don't want to be threatening.
-[] Don't let him disturb Mami.

Though really we're starting to converge here.

That's probably reasonable. I figured it's "no change", but better safe than sorry.

Why would it be faster to shove Grief into the small hole of the tank valve than to put it directly into the larger aperture of QB's back? :???:
...Are you messing with me? I was talking about taking some metal and forging it into a tank directly around the Grief. After that we would just be plugging a opening into the bunnycat for it to vent out of.

As I commented right after the update, I'd prefer something more modest and in line with discworld DEATH talking about lies.
You mean, "You have to believe in [idealistic things]. Otherwise, how can they become true?"

[] If you successfully help Akiko recover, even partially, only then consider asking Sakura if she'd be willing to let Sayaka copy her ability.
Regarding Akiko, I've always suspected that she saw the girl she was in love with witch out, and thus became obsessed with always having lots of Grief Seeds. We might have to address that trauma before we can get through to her.

(This is another time where it would be nice if we had a trained psychiatrist on staff.)

[] Offload a chunk of grief to Kyubey. Not all, but you don't want to be threatening.
-[] Don't let him disturb Mami.
If we explain to Mami that we need to offload so grief, she'd probably understand that we needed to step away for a moment to do it while sparing her the discomfort of Kyubey's presence. She's not as fragile as she was yesterday and probably doesn't still need us with her constantly. Especially when she's got Nadia and Sayaka to keep her company until we get back.

We can just will all the Grief into a single (witchy) marble, and send it through the KB wormhole all in one go.
I thought that there was a presure limit for some reason. Still not sure which one of us was wrong, but since you know the If/Then about what can be done i'm just going to drop this. Unless there is a third option somewhere of cource.
