I'd be wary of ever using our or any of our friend's witch names ever. For one, we don't know how effective they are on Magical Girls, we only have our own reaction to judge by and that could be rather biased. Two, if the mind reading MG decides to blab Octavia or Coloandro out loud not only would that give them a potential weapon against our friends, but leave us with a few awkward questions that we would have to answer.
It's not like there aren't fan-made animes of it. Fantasy Kaleidoscope isn't out yet (August 2011), but the first episode of A Summer Day's Dream was released in 2008.

I was going to suggest that we tell Nadia to stay away from Syria for a while, but I checked and the civil war there would already be going for about a month by this point.
If we don't want to (yet) admit that we used to have a precog, then we can just smile enigmatically and say, "I have my little ways." Then we could still tell her the full story after she joins Team Mitakihara.
That's my thinking as well. Offer refugees a new home in safety and comfort, and they'll be willing to work--and fight--to keep it that way.

I'm fully in support of flying to the middle east to pick up refugees, and the sooner Sabrina starts the more there will be alive. There are obstacles with bringing a large number to Japan however.
Part of aging is accumalating of damage that does not properly heal over time, and while Meguca have better healing they also take more damage than non-augmented humans can sustain and live, so it wouldn't be surprising if an old Meguca actually looks old.
Wrinkles are after all a fine web of interconnecting scars.
