I'm not ready to commit to Tokyo. We have no idea how long Ishinomaki and Sendai is going to take. Also, I'd like to see if Kuroki actually answers her phone before I worry about tracking phone numbers and super hackers. I don't feel calling Ishinomaki for hacking help here is necessary at this stage.

On the other hand, asking ahead of time about their possible assistance with an (il)legal ID might be helpful, and from there to tracking cell phones is a natural extension.

Maybe:

By the way, since we haven't interacted with them in a while OOC, here's the extended cast list.

So, yeah, turns out keeping an extensive, up to date summary of each group is proving unsustainable. From now on, I'll be focusing on just keeping the characters up to date, to make it easier for me to update and also allow easier referencing.

5 members.
  • Hamasaki Akiko: Water powers, no apparent weapon. Decent leader and has some experience, but is basically defenseless against us in direct combat. Leader of the Sendai crew.
  • Tachibana Sakura: Teleporter. Uses a katana. Can make short range teleports almost instantly, longer ranged teleports require a longer charge up time. At full power she can make the trip between Sendai and Tokyo in less than 15 minutes.
  • Mori Rin: Dedicated Healer. Wields a jagged dagger. Can completely regrow flesh in less than an hour with manageable grief generation.
  • Tanaka Tamiko: Forcefield creation, no apparent weapon. Fights using her forcefields as kinetic weapons. Dresses like unit 00.
  • Minami Yumi: Gravity Manipulator, no apparent weapon. Grey costume and grey hair. Capable of limited flight and extremely powerful AOE attacks.
    Former members:
  • Kato Setsuko: Unknown. Claimed by Akiko to have been killed by Ishinomaki, which the IG denies. Uncontactable through telepathy.

More than three members, and each of their known members are extremely powerful. The three we know of are:
  • Akiyama Atsuko: Metal controller. Dresses in red and black. Is capable of creating a massive Katamari out of scrap metal and control it from a distance, along with throwing large pieces of metal around at immense speeds.
  • Koizumi Sasami AKA Ramiel: Fights with flashbangs and Laser beams. Capable of maintaining multiple lasers at once if she feels like it. Very dangerous, especially in conjunction with Moe.
  • Nishimura Moe: Shadow jumper. She gains super speed in darkness and can travel between contiguous pieces of shadow. In areas with plenty of shade, she can move fast enough to be practically untouchable.

7 members.
  • Koizumi Aki. Yellow outfit. Fights with Halberds and short swords. Can make copies of herself and dismiss them at will. Attacking the clones directly is pretty much worthless except as a gambit to fill her gem with corruption.
  • Inoue Yuuna: Concrete Body, silver and blue outfit She fight by covering herself with a thick armour made out of concrete, which provides a very potent defence against physical attacks without hampering her mobility. She also presumably has access to general earth powers.
  • Inoue Yuuki: Lady pixels, Silver and Green outfit. This girl's powerset is interesting. We didn't get to see much of it in the scuffle due to her getting Mami'd, but it looks like she can create pixelated versions of items and control them at will. More information is required to determine her exact powers, but if so her powers are essentially grief bending lite, only with magic instead of grief.
  • Sato Kimiko: Lightning, Pink and white outfit Can make lightning attacks from extreme range with very little advanced warning. This makes her very good at alpha striking and artillery support, but she is significantly less effective in a chaotic melee.
  • Tsukada Hoshiko: Repulsor aura, purple armour. Can create kinetic blasts on contact that sends anything touching her flying. Has a severe phobia of being touched/restrained.
  • Ueda Miyako: Unknown. Orange outfit.
  • Kagome Ayaka: Unknown, white and black outfit. Seems to know Mami previously, probably one of her former students.

4 present members, formerly 6
  • Tsubaki Chouko: Met up with the Ishinomaki group and got them to join in the war. Fights with Prismatic wings and a scepter. Is maneuverable enough in the air to dodge lasers. Can bring others allies along with her.
  • Umeko Yuko: Met with Mami along with Ayano Chika. Possesses Invisibility powers. Weapons, if any, are unknown.
  • Suzuki Rei: Paper controller, green hair.
  • Suzuki Haru: Plant controller, white hair. Fights best when given fertile soil for her plants to take root on.
  • ??? Fukui: Left due to the inability to deal with the Sendai's tax. Currently with Tome city
  • Ayano Chika: Dead, killed by a witch

??? members, was helped out by Sendai in a previous conflict.
  • Ueda Noa: Samurai armour outfit, slate grey eyes, green twintails, fights with a Katana. Powers unknown, but possibly emotions based.

[*] Gaikotsu Masami: Powerful telekinetic. Another one of Mami's former disciples. Upper limits of her ability unknown.
[*] Wakahisa Hiroko: Illusionist. Masami's girlfriend, and can create powerful illusions within a certain range of her.

[*] Ono Megane: Third year student at Yokosuka Middle School. Seemingly newly contracted. Magical costume is a black evening gown. Met her teary eyed after taking care of a witch. Exact nature of powers unknown, but it appears to have some cleaning/restorative application.

Inoue Yuuki has a pixel theme to her magic, and is skilled enough at 'hacking' of the bullshit Hollywood variety that she can spoof weather radar systems.

I kinda wanna see her go all-out, actually. Any bets she could break into a NSA database using a web-connected fridge? :p

She might know the addresses of those meguca IRC channels Mami mentioned hearing rumours about, too.
