Because "X isn't Y's parent because of alternate timeline wobbly woobly zippity boppity" is silly and grasping at straws.
I don't think of Madoka as Sabrina's mom either, except maybe in only the most technical of ways. Assuming that theory is even true. Their relationship sure as heck isn't that of family or even close to it.
And "Sabrina is totally Madoka's child she just magicked out of nothing for reasons" isn't grasping at straws as well?
TBH, Madoka actually creating Sabrina just seems way too convenient an explanation for me.
