UgoMura is....gone?.......

*Sigh..*
That was one of the things in PMAS that put a smile to my face. And it's gone.

Hah. My condolences Muramasa.....

Anyway, onto more non-banworthy topics, could I get a vote tally, yo? I'd like to see my options before voting. If that's alright with y'all.

Very well, looks like tonight will be Science night ladies and gentlemen, bring forth your ideas but nothing that would scare off the Mumi.
Automatic grief extractor. Grief destruction. Grief generation. Compression limits. Non-gem related grief manipulation (make ourselves sad, or happy). Grief clone puppets.

No, we just grief up a device that negates the --

...

Have we tried meta devices yet? Something that alters how our powers function? Cuz we could just grief up something that mutes the reaction to our grief.
We've tried; we can't.

We can use Sabrina's Grief shaping skills, though. It just makes us into a slow casting type fighter who's magic terrifies people.

If we want to use Witchy Grief in combat, we just need to shout a warning to our friends so they know it's us, and so they can protect us in case we need to trance. That's about it.

This is wrong. Despite my current avatar, I am, and always will be, this threads Kirika.
Does this mean KirikaQuest Kirika is gonna shank Kyouko, hide her somewhere and disguise herself as Kyouko?

Auto Grief extractor could be... useful. If nobody minded having something like a bloody drone following us, it could cleanse us in case we need to trance and can't pay attention to our Gem? Maybe?

Grief destruction would be nice... dangerous, though. We might have to refrain from this. It's not necessary, anyway.

Grief generation: I want to try it, though I'm not sure it'll ever be useful.

Compression: We know there's limits to compressing normal Grief. We can will Grief into occupying less space, but that makes it Witchy.

Manipulating normal grief... I doubt it, and we shouldn't try anything big with it, in case it turns out we can manipulate normal grief and fuck something up... So maybe just try and 'feel' if we can, but don't actually try anything?

Grief puppets of course we can make, as long as we're controlling them. How many, though? And would it be possible to automate them? (Likely not without going witchy).

Yes.

The metabomb is going to fix more problems than it will create.

AND NO GETTING DISTRACTED BY SCIENCE.
What if we write up a paper on the Metabomb and how we think it will affect Mumi.

Then we test our Metabomb relatedf hypothesis.

Then we reach a conclussion as to whether we were right that Mumi wouldn't break, and so, and so...

That means we can do Metabomb and SCIENCE!

The most funny thing, is that Mura didn't even react to Ugo ban.

As they should be. Ignore them shippers, don't knowledge them, don't join them!

Just for you!

[X] Immediately start cleansing their soul gems, and siphoning the excess grief from Jane. Try and keep Kyouko's level of corruption semi-discrete from Yuma.

[X] Head in to fight the witch. Ask Kyouko what role she wants you to fill.

I'm impressed. We waited nearly 20 whole hours before "hey without Ugo we can science!"

That probably comes off harsher than I intend it but I haven't worked out how to soften it.

Seriously though, can the science wait a bit? We've got an anomalously griefy Kyouko to worry about in the here and now, and a metabomb to drop soon.

I think we should hold off on talking about Kyouko's grief accumulation until after the witch is dealt with. Get the potential life endangering event out of the way before we have a serious talk that's likely to sink Kyouko's mood and maybe impact her performance during the witch fight.

... I am doing the paper writing. Or I plan to. I'm actually sort of good at planning conversations... On a limited formula, anyway. I have to give BAHHSCQ diabetes with fluff omake first, though.

Asaaaand mura is completely right.

And don't forget to get some lunch inside her before asking!
