Somehow…that could be IC for her, at least it would make it easier to cure Mami's emotional dependence of Sabrina.
 
also oriko and kirika are straight and when they referred to each other as girlfriends they meant in the platonic meaning, and Kirika had a hunky boyfriend the entire time :V

Sabrina suddenly stops and asks Mami if she wants to go have ice cream to celebrate their newly simplified and un-mystified friendship/sisterhood.

At some point, Sabrina's just going to interrupt Kirika to suddenly yell at her that holy shit, I just realized you're gay.

Kirika isn't sure if it's brain damage or taking the piss.

Like, picture Mami going "Oh, Sabrina". I'm pretty sure that even the absolute worst things we could honestly say about Homura would get basically that same reaction from Madokami.

...let's just try to not swear by Madokami out loud, though. Explaining our way out of that one would be a nightmare.

I don't know them, but we're not allowed to not being forced to stay with Mami forever because nobody ever dares try to make advances on either Mami on Sabrina because it's so obvious they're together, ain't that right?

Mami and Sabrina spend countless nights complaining about people thinking they're a couple when they're just friends.

"... and I saw him looking like he really wanted to ask, but he just looked at you and I tried to tell him we're just friends, but he just went away..."

Do we really need to tell Homu we're going to metabomb Mami? It has more to do with us then it does her. What is the plan if you get stonewalled there?
 
I'd say it's important to get Homura thinking about opening up a bit more to the others; if Mami's filled in on Sabrina's side of things and it goes well, Homura might start to reconsider her own position of secrecy.


On a related note; I can't recall if it's come up yet, but don't judge Sasa on things she hasn't actually done yet in this loop. We are trying to convince Homura not to judge Oriko and Kirika on their actions in past loops, after all.

I got a plan for how to gauge just what Mami wants from Sabrina:

1 - Get Madoka/Homura/Sayaka to play along.
2 - Tell Mami that since we don't have a family name, we're thinking of adopting one.
3 - Tell her we're thinking of adopting the name Kaname/Akemi/Miki.
4 - Watch Mami's reaction.

That'll tell us everything.

What matters in the end is that Mami is happy, no matter what form our bond takes, whether it is friendship, sisterly/familial love, or more than that.
 
Unfortunately, Mami very obviously crushing on Sabrina. Not that it's necessarily a terrible thing. Just makes things a lot more complicated.

And it seems like from the thread consensus, Sabrina would be totally chill with staying as Mami's platonic BFF if that's what she would want. Huh.
