How does power copying work? A wish is the reflection of your desires given form - Mami wished to maintain her ties to life, because she desperately didn't want to die, and that was given literal form by her magic.

If Sayaka is manifesting ribbons, she must have formed a bond to Mami's wish - to her very soul. That's where powers come from, after all. And that connection is something that Sabrina - with her control over grief, and Mami - with her control over the bonds that bridge life and death, can use to greatly expedite dewitching. The assistance of a healer that can reform a human body, and a soul specialist to assist with the transplant, may also be helpful, but that first connection to build off of? We've failed to create it with our powers, but I think Sayaka's ability may hold the key.

TL;DR: Sayaka has Unlimited Wish Works, Shirou intensifies.

Speaking of that, we should see if Blueberry using powers has a cost for the other guca.

Ex: Sabrina bounces 10 grief marbles for five minutes, which has a cost of X. If Sayaka does the same, will it cost... X for Sayaka? Will the percentage be the same between both Blueberry and 'Brina? Will it produce grief in Sabrina's gem, as well?

We...really shouldn't be talking about Rebellion. Not just because that scenario's unlikely.

Also, I think we can trust Oriko to the point where these tests aren't helpful. At best they flop, at worst they undermine Oriko and Kirika's trust in US.

Disagree completely. We should talk about Rebellion because that's a thing that happened and the reason we're not just going to Madoka and telling her to make her canon wish. It's important, especially considering there's a very high chance that Homura's our enemy.

Also, lying to friends is bad. Do not lie to friends.

Hmm. Any evidence to back up your theory that PMAS is set post-Rebellion? Even if Akuma Homura makes an appearance, I don't expect her to overwrite the "local" Homura in the process.

While I agree on the intention, we should be careful on our wording since that would spell the end of any remote trust Sayaka (and possibly, Madoka) would have on Homura, aside from the fact that said person won't take the reveal that her obsession would lead to betrayal well.

1. Hasn't happened. Sayaka is at best confused.
2. The first rule of Rebellion is you don't talk about Rebellion because no matter what bad things will come of it.
3. Homura really isn't our enemy under any circumstances I can see.
4. It's not lying to friends not to spout a SAN-loss induced anecdote that she has no context to understand.

If Sayaka can scan Souls, the obvious solution is to integrate her Soul Gem into our Soul Gem/Grief seed scanner. We can call it Sayaka 2.0: All the utility of the original, with a much smaller chance of exploding and killing us!

Also, re:Oriko and the idea that she's lying to us...

It's actually not really in character for her to do so. She does so as little as possible in canon, and pretty much only does so to throw off Kyubey (because fuck him).

Meanwhile, her entire source of despair is over, essentially, the cry "Please, someone believe in me" and receiving no answer. Everything good in her life is because Kirika trusts, supports, and believes in her.

Because Homura doesn't believe in her, she's under house arrest dying of lack of agency.

I'm going to believe in Oriko, no matter what, because she needs it. And if she needs it, she'll do what she can to be worthy of it.

I'll believe in Oriko because it's the only way to save her.

Man if only Sayaka could get over her huge psychological pitfalls, she'd be one of our most useful friends!
Solution 1: build robo-Sayaka. As a robot, she doesn't have psychological pitfalls.

Robo-Sayaka: "So...I'm just something created to fight Witches...? I'm not even alive? I'm just...a rock, basically...I'm so stupid..."

*Robo-Oktavia intensifies*

1. Probably has happened. See secret hidden details in our dreams. Most damningly, the one pic of mami from rebellion.
2. Unfounded. Homura's world was pretty good for everyone but her.
3. How's about in trying to do good things to O&K?
4. It is, if you deliberately hide the context, and can restore SAN.

Lying to friends is bad. Do not lie to friends.

If we tell Mami, right now, that magical girls become witches? Wouldn't end well.

Like it or not, there's more then just black and white "lie or don't lie". There are circumstances, preparation, and potential consequences - especially in a world where emotional baggage can lead to insanity and the loss of a soul - and when we're the only one who can cleanse soul gems indefinitely, we can't afford to have our friends run away from us.

Believe in Sabrina, who believes in you, huh... Yeah, agreed. I'd rather regret trusting someone then regret not trusting them.

Where did you find that and are there other gifs like it?

I don't know where I found it or if others like it exist, sorry.

I have been slowly stealing gifs from SayakaQuest as I read through it, though, so that's one possible origin. Speaking of which... how about we ask Moid to give us a nice witch for Oriko to fight? That could cure her agency problems in a jiffy! Through mutilation and subsequent death, probably.
